Bidders must have successfully completed similar works within the last seven years. "Similar works" are defined as residential/non-residential buildings of any number of storeys. The required experience can be demonstrated in one of three ways: * Three similar works, each costing no less than 40% of the estimated project cost.
* Two similar works, each costing no less than 50% of the estimated project cost.
* One similar work costing no less than 80% of the estimated project cost. Past experience must be supported by certificates from the client organization. For private sector work experience, the completion certificate must be supported by copies of the Letter of Award and corresponding TDS certificates. The value of the work will be considered equivalent to the amount of the TDS certificates.
