The bidder should have experience of completion of similar works during the last 7 years, specifically Civil work comprising RCC framed structure Institutional/Residential/Non-Residential building including services like electrification, Sanitary & Water Supply, etc. from Central / State Govt. Departments / PSUs and/or Autonomous bodies. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of any RCC framed structure building from Central / State Govt. Departments / PSUs and/or Autonomous bodies on Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC Mode) in the last seven years. The bidder must also have a minimum of three years’ experience working with Central Public Sector Enterprises / Central Government / State Government Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum calculated from the date of completion to the last date of receipt of applications for tenders. The bidder's financial turnover for the previous years shall be given a weightage of 5% per annum (compounded) based on the rupee value to bring them to the current financial year price level.
