Chiselling/Tacking of floor at reqd. interval for making rough for proper bonding with of tiling including disposal of rubbish up to dumping ground with in 50m lead as directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

(a) For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

(b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Repairing of existing aluminium glazed door shutter including change of hydraulic floor machine, cutting and making in size, change of rubber gasket and installation the same complete.

Fabrication of aluminium glazed partition of size 8.5’x4.5’ from dismantled material obtained from Item No.2 including cutting of aluminium members making in size, cutting of glass board, change of rubber gasket and installation complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing & fixing UPVC glazed Sliding cum casement window /ventilator PSP/Fenesta/Descon Ecowin/ Wintech or equivalent make as per approved design made out of multi chambered UPVC section with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles through out the window. The sliding outer frame having a overall size of 60x45, 94x45 or 108x45mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Glass sash with overall size of 39x58mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Mesh sash of overall size 39x58mm reinforced with 1.2mm of GI section Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 20x18coextruded with TPV gasket Windows may also have fixed casement portion on top and Ventilators(Openable & fixed) with outer frame size 60x55mm, sash size 75x60mm and beading of size 34x20mmWindow /Ventilators shall be provided with 5mm plain/4mm Pinhead float glass, standard hardware & looking system. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be 2 – 2.2mm The installation shall be done using steel fasteners and all the edges shall be sealed using silicon on both inside & outside faces including coast and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, installation at site complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing & fixing Ano. Aluminum Handle/ American Handle 150 mm with necessary screws etc. comp.

Providing and fixing roller set Fly-rail or eqvt. make.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 a) 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall :15 mm dia nominal bore.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :25 to 40 mm nominal bore.

Providing, laying and jointing of following dia. PVC drainage pipe 6 Kg. pressure Suprim/ Kisan Chaudhary or eqvt. make and providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) all round PVC pipe including bed concrete including necessary excavation fitting, jointing, refilling etc. comp. 90 mm

Providing and fixing white counter wash basin (Perryware) of size 550x400mm including fixing with CP pillar cock CP waste coupling PVC waste pipe including cutting of existing marble platform in size cutting of walls providing clamp and fixing complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
