Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of seepage from washroom including dismantling of floor exposing the drainage pipe etc detecting leakage, change of trap damaged portion of pipe and repair the same including flooring complete.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Frosted glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Execution charges for fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting of existing wall tiles strip upto 300mm wide for concealing GI pipe with the help of cutting machine in straight line, cutting chases and making good the wall: 15 mm dia nominal bore.

Execution charges (Labour rate) for white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (Only white cement based putty will be supplied by the deptt. free of cost.)

Execution charges (Labour rate) for Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer (Only white cement primer will be supplied by the deptt. free of cost.)

Execution charges (Labour rate) for wall painting with acrylic emulsion/distemper paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on old work. (Only Plastic emulsion paint/distemper will be supplied by the deptt. free of cost.)

Execution charges (Labour rate) for walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) (Only Acrylic exterior paint will be supplied by the deptt. free of cost.)

Execution charge for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (Only Enamel paint will be supplied by the deptt. free of cost.)

French spirit polishing : Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Supply and fixing 6 mm thick multiwall poly carbonate sheet of approved make and shade over roof and wall of M.S. structure to be with the help of anodised Aluminium gola chabhi fastener 35 x1 mm at the distance of 1.00 mtr. screwed over existing steel member of structure. The joint gap will be filled with Silicon adhesive to make it leak proof. Anodised aluminium angle 50x50x2mm will be provided on front & back edges of shed to be fixed S.S. screws. The job includes all T & P, wastage etc. complete.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane: 3 mm thick.

Repair of existing MS Z-section windows of rooms for proper closining of shutters including missing fitting complete.

Supply and fixing of split type room Air Conditioner 1.5 TR capacity, 5star rating, inverter technology, single phase operation with remote and installation complete. (Blue Star/ Carrier/ Hitachi/ Voltas or eqvt. make).

Providing and fixing of M.S. out Door stand having good quality paint to protect rust suitable for keeping outdoor unit.

Providing and fixing of additional copper refrigerant piping of size 5/8″ and 3/8″ or suitable size including insulation, supports, clamps, fittings, electrical cable, connections complete. (As per site requirement and confirming IS standard)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Note:-Rates should be quoted inclusive of all Taxes, GST @ 18% etc.
