Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ Sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing & fixing UPVC glazed Sliding cum casement window /ventilator Cora/Descon Ecowin/ Fenesta or equivalent make as per approved design made out of multi chambered UPVC section with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles throughout the window. The sliding outer frame having an overall size of 60x50 or 60x60mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Glass sash with overall size of 39x70mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 35x20 coextruded with TPV gasket Windows may also have fixed casement portion on top and Ventilators(Openable & fixed) with outer frame size 60x60mm, sash size 39x70mm and beading of size 20x20mmWindow /Ventilators shall be provided with 5mm plain float glass, standard hardware & locking system. Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.Twin rubber stopper

Providing & fixing at all height tiled false ceiling with providing and fixing of frame work Armstrong (Classic Lite Microlook)or equivalent make. The frame work shall be special section Galvanized powder coated 15mm Silhouette (black reveal) grid as per manufactures specification. The size of the grid shall be 600x600mm and laying of ceiling tiles Arm strong classic lite (Microlook) 15 mm thick or eqvt. make in the grid including where ever required cutting / making / opening for light fittings. The job includes all T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work.

French spirit polishing : Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Providing repair of students chair with replacement of writing board, painting of wooden handle, tightening of frame by fixing screws and labour etc complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing 35mm wooden teak wood beading moulding including polishing all along the false ceiling in class room including labour T&P etc complete.

Supply & Installation of vertical blinds 100mm Vista (Deluxe Collection) or eqvt. make in approved shade including top runner, cord chain & weight comp.
