Overhauling/ Servicing/ Calibration and Testing of 11kv, 630amp HT VCB which includes replacement of Trip coils, HT contacts, Spouts, bushings, nut-bolts, oiling and greasing. Note – Arrangement of all required testing equipment will be in the scope of contractor. At various locations etc complete in all respect.

S/F of DC Power pack 24Volt DC with facility of Charging of 2*65AH Battery including 2x65AH SMF Battery, termination leads and stand.

M&L for fencing with galvanised steel wire 100 x 100 mm mess build in position with angle iron post (50 x 50 x 5 mm ) 1.5 Mtr hight at 2 M c/c embeded in PCC block of size 200 x 200 x 400 mm with PCC 1:3:6 concrete including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge .

Supply and Installation of MS Gate of height 1.5 m height x 1.5 m width, made up of 30x30x6 angle and 25x5 Flat as per approved Drawing. The gate shall be painted with two coat of approved primer with two coats of approved epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spreading 40 mm greaded courese aggregate inside the installation area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation commissioning and testing of switch air break gang operated HT 11 KV triple pole 450 amps rating with drop out fuse assembly with fuse carrier fuse element mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame mechanically operated mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GO/DO including nuts,bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Supply and erection of 11 mtr. Double swaged tubular Pole structure along with Channel and angle for supporting AB Switch, HG Fuse unit, Channel for supporting insulators, anti climbing device with fastners, danger plate, nuts, bolts & washers, preformed insulator binding, and required hardware, necessary PCC foundation & cross arms (Bracings) etc for one incoming and one out going complete all specified and directed by Engr in charge .

S & F pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green suitable for 11000 Volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer with one GI nut, etc of size 150 mm height and 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing commissioning in pipe/ducts/ trenches/under floor/under road cable HT, XPLE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV 'E' grade (earthed) of cross sectional area 70 Sq mm 3 core all as specified & directed.

M & L for lighting arrestor 11000 Volts non-linear resistor type conforming to IS-307 part-I complete, line discharge class-2, nominal discharge 10 KA suitable for 11 KV including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing cold shrink termination kit for outdoor complete including all fitings and jointing materials suitable for 3 core 70 sq mm, 11 KV grade, HT XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate using GI strip 32x6mm as earth electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end.GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm dia GI light grade pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments 20dia bore GI pipe light grade as waterpipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate,test point,GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @100c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate no 5 of SSR part I complete all as specified&directed and testing on completion. Note:- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
