Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required : Size 600x450x200 mm.

Providing fixing CP brass Swan neck tap (three way) Vijay or eqvt. approved make heavy quality weight not less than 1.6 Kg complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supply, fabrication and installation of wall mounted wooden storage rack of size 1800x1200mm and 400mm deep having one horizontal and one vertical partition with 19mm commercial board Century Sainik/Orchid or eqvt. make finished with laminate 1mm thick Merino/Greenland/Century or eqvt. make on exposed outer surface except back. The back of the rack will be commercial ply 12mm thick Century Sainik/Orchid or eqvt. make. The front of the rack will be side hunged openable shutter having teak wood lipping 19x6mm on edges duly polished complete . The inner surface will be painted with enamel paint of approved colourand shade over one coat of wood primer complete. The job includes all locking arrangement, parliamentary hinges S/S handle, wooden knob. The job will be completed to intier satisfaction of Officer In-Charge (front area of the rack will be measured for payment).

Supply, fabrication & installation of working table of size 1500mm x 750mm x 750mm having 18mm thick black granite top (Premoulded & polish) over 19mm commercial board Centaury Sainik/Archid or eqvt. make. The frame of the table will be teak wood of section 75x40mm except leg which will be 750x750mm. The all exposed surface will be polished with French sprite polish complete.

Providing and fixing MS link chain of required size for holding & locking Gas cylinders placed outside space with MS fasteners for locking complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
