Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

(a) With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm)

(b) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Maruti handle 100mm with S/S screws.

Providing and fixing PVC swing Garari for sliding of Bombay sliding window shutter.

Providing and fixing Laminated wooden flooring 8mm thick Armstrong/Unitex / Euro or eqvt. make resistance to cigarette burn, plank size1215x193mm having locking arrangement to be laid over an under Layment. The job includes edge profile all labour T&P etc. complete. The installation shall be under taken as per manufactures specification.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of size 1.08x2.06m of Ozone or eqvt. make complete with hardware fitting and Modi /Asahi/ Saint Gobain or eqvt. make glass including providing and fixing Ozone or eqvt. make patch fitting (top & bottom pivot & hydraulic floor spring double action type door lock) and door handle including making necessary holes , cut-out etc.

Providing and fixing perforated sealing tiles armstrong make size 600x600mm in existing sealing in required pattern i/c all T&P etc. complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work.

Supply & Installation of vertical blinds 100mm Vista (Deluxe Collection) or eqvt. make in approved shade including top runner, cord chain & weight comp.
