15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floor / skirting different of size 600x600mm ( thickness to be specified by the manufactures ) with water absorption less than 0.8 % and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all color & shade to be fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tiles adhesive ( water based ) conforming to IS 15477 in av. 3.00 mm thick.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 a) 15 mm nominal bore

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :25 to 40 mm nominal bore.

Supply, Fabrication & fixing in position wooden cupboard shutter under working platform made out of commercial board 19mm CENTURY/GREEN PLY or eqvt. make fixed/ screwed in proper position divided in Three vertical part and each parts will have one double leaf & one Single leaf side hung hinged shutters with IInd class teak wood leaping 19x6mm on edges. The one no horizontal shelf with same board will also be provided in the middle. The front will have laminate with 1.00mm thick mica Marino/IPL/Green Lam or eqvt. make and inner exposed face will be painted with enamel paint two or more coat over one coat of wood primer. The job includes MP lock, parliamentary hinges, S/S handle, Ball Catcher etc. complete. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge.

Providing & fixing at all height tiled false ceiling with providing and fixing of frame work Armstrong or equivalent make. The frame work shall be special section Galvanized powder coated 15mm Silhouette (black reveal) grid as per manufactures specification. The size of the grid shall be 600x600mm and laying of ceiling tiles Arm strong classic lite (Microlook) 15 mm thick or eqvt. make in the grid including where ever required cutting / making / opening for light fittings. The job includes all T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
