Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works above plinth level upto floor V level Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Cleaning of existing opened surface and baffling the same by baffling wheels thoroughly, removal of residue including spraying of anticorrosive chemical/rust remover after cleaning with alkaline rust converter as per manufacturer specification complete.

Repair of damaged RCC ceiling, chajjas/beams bottom surface including chipping manually of loose portions of concrete up-to a depth 5 to 10 mm behind/around the reinforcement bars the area shall be cleaned WITH RUST REMOVER (Rebacklens RR) followed by epoxy based Zinc Primer (Nitrozine Primer). The surface should be repaired Micro concrete & Renderoc RG mixed with 6mm down grade stone aggregate in proportion 25% of micro concrete followed by the plaster of polymer modified mortar (PMM) 1:3 as per manufacture’s specifications (3 lit. polymer per 50kg. bag (cement). The job will be complete to entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.20 mm cement plaster.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing & fixing/wrapping G.I. Chicken Wire Mesh 15mm size and 20 gauge on the surface to be fixed by nailing at required intervals before the plastered surface including interviewing the mesh with binding wire complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Note:- Rates should be quoted inclusive of all Taxes, GST @ 18% etc.
