Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

a. With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm).

b. With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Maruti handle 100mm with S/S screws.

Providing and fixing PVC swing Garari for sliding of Bombay sliding window shutter.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :100x10 mm.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete:100x75x4 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :125 mm

Repairing of aluminium glazed door including dismantling of door, change of aluminium butt hinges(04 Nos), change of rubber gasket and reinstallation the same complete with labour.

Providing & fixing hydraulic door closer Godrej (Product code 1938) or eqvt. make of heavy quality complete with necessary accessories and screw etc. comp.

Providing and fixing sun-control film Garware or eqvt. make including adhesive, wastage, labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ Sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Supply, Fabrication & fixing in position wooden cupboard shutter with frame underneath working platform made out of commercial board 19mm CENTURY/GREEN PLY or eqvt. make fixed/ screwed in proper position with side hung hinged shutters with IInd class teak wood liaping 19x6mm on edges and frame will be 100mm wide and 38mm thick of same board. The one no horizontal shelf with same board will also be provided in the middle. The front will have laminate with 1.00mm thick mica Marino/IPL/Green Lam or eqvt. make and inner exposed face will be painted with synthetic enamel paint two or more coats over one coat of wood primer. The job includes MP lock, parliamentary hinges, S/S handle, Ball Catcher etc. complete. The job will be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge.(the total front area including frame will be measured for payment)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.
