Dismantling of existing fixed window of size 3.00x1.50m including toughened glass panel with the help of vacuum support stacking the same at desire place with full care within 50m lead as directed.

Dismantling of existing wooden door shutter including refixing after laying of vitrified tile floor including cutting of door, making in size etc. complete.

Dismantling of existing aluminium glazed shutter including making in size by cutting of aluminium vertical member and partical board/ galss, change of rubber gasket and refixing after laying of vitrified tile floor complete.

Dismantling of existing Mosaic flooring and skirting including removal of unserviceable material up to dumping ground within a lead of 50 mtr. as directed.

Chiselling/Tacking of floor at reqd. interval for making rough for proper bonding with of tiling including disposal of rubbish up to dumping ground with in 50m lead as directed.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Repair of damaged RCC ceiling, chajja/beams bottom surface/wall surface including chipping manually of loose portion of concrete upto a depth 5 to 10mm behind/around the reinforcement bars the area shall be cleaned with rust remover (Rebaklens RR) followed by epoxy based Zinc Primer (Nitrozine Primer). The surface should be primed with Nitrol EP and Epoxy based bonding agent. The damaged portion should be repaired with Micro concrete and Rendroc RG mixed with 6mm down gauge stone aggregate in proportion 25% of micro concrete followed by the plaster of polymer modified mortar (PMM) 1:3 as per manufacture’s specifications (3 Litre polymer per 50 Kg bag cement). The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ Sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

a. With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm).

b. With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing 3.5mm thick APP (aluminium partition panel) sheet in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

Providing & fixing UPVC glazed Sliding cum casement window /ventilator Cora/Descon Ecowin/ Fenesta or equivalent make as per approved design made out of multi chambered UPVC section with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles throughout the window. The sliding outer frame having an overall size of 60x50 or 60x60mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Glass sash with overall size of 39x70mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness, Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 35x20 coextruded with TPV gasket Windows may also have fixed casement portion on top and Ventilators(Openable & fixed) with outer frame size 60x60mm, sash size 39x70mm and beading of size 20x20mmWindow /Ventilators shall be provided with 5mm plain float glass, standard hardware & locking system. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be 2 – 2.2mm The installation shall be done using steel fasteners and all the edges shall be sealed using silicon on both inside & outside faces including coast and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, installation at site complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
