Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

(a) For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Supply, Fabrication & fixing in position wooden cupboard shutter under working platform made out of commercial board 19mm CENTURY/GREEN PLY or eqvt. make fixed/ screwed in proper position divided in Three vertical part and each parts will have one double leaf & one Single leaf side hung hinged shutters with IInd class teak wood leaping 19x6mm on edges. The one no horizontal shelf with same board will also be provided in the middle. The front will have laminate with 1.00mm thick mica Marino/IPL/Green Lam or eqvt. make and inner exposed face will be painted with enamel paint two or more coat over one coat of wood primer. The job includes MP lock, parliamentary hinges, S/S handle, Ball Catcher etc. complete. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge.

Supply, fabrication and installation of wooden table of size 1.82x.0.50m and 0.88m height with cupboards underneath table top for keeping files and other documents. The unit will be made out of 19mm commercial board Centaury/Archid/Greenlam or eqvt. make comprising of two compartments with sliding shutter.Two Nos horizontal shelf in cupboard 19mm will also be provided. All inner and exposed surfaces except bottom will have laminate 1mm thick of Century/Greemlam or eqvt. make. The job includes all fitting, Aluminium sliding channel, S.S. handles of approved make and to be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge.

Supply, fabrication and installation of wall mounted wooden storage open rack of size 1800x300mm and 450mm deep made out of 19mm commercial board Century/Orchid or eqvt. make except back which will be 12mm commercial ply Century/Orchid or eqvt. make. The all expose surface will be laminated with 1mm thick Mica Merino/Greenland/Century or eqvt. make. The job will be completed to intier satisfaction of Officer In-Charge (front area of the rack will be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required : Size 600x450x200 mm.
