The Concrete in a minimum grade of M-30 and steel to be used as per IS code and approved by Employer. Seismic effects and wind load with earthquake resistance should be taken into account in the design. CWR should be provided with a ventilator, manhole of adequate size. An aluminium ladder minimum of 0.45 m wide in manhole should be provided. Ultrasonic water level indicator should be provided along with lighting conductor as per IS 2309. PCC of M-10 grade to be used in bed blocks. Overflow arrangement with the supply & installation of pressure pipe of the same dia as that of the inlet, for taking overflow water to a suitable low lying area. Painting of all steel and concrete pipes with 3 coats of approved cement plaster and anticorrosive paint including all labour, material, T & P etc., all required for proper completion of works as per the direction of the Engineer. Construction of Over Head Tank of different capacities and staging heights as mentioned below. Supply of all materials labour T&P etc. compete and construction of R.C.C. (M30 Grade) with main components, Instruments & SCADA, wireless telemetry (voice & Data) including cost of soil testing. All the components of O.H.T. will be casted in M30 concrete with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit as per I.S. 11682 and I.S.456.Seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as I.S. 1893 for earthquake resistance and I.S. 875 part-III for wind load on structure (this area is in seismic Zone III and high damage risk zone for wind) Proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape along with an R.C.C. cover and thickness, pillar of ventilator should be minimum 50 cm height.The space between top dome and R.C.C. cover should be covered with mosquito net of standard quality along with expanded metaled mesh, Ultrasonic type Water level indicator and EM flow meter and residual chlorine sensor/ transmitter. The indicator board scale made of 3mm thick M.S. plate should have a clear width of minimum 25cm painted with good Asian paint. It should also consists of 3mm brass wire rope minimum 4 smooth pulleys about 8 cm dia with guides,15cm dia copper ball float which shall be completely wate tight suitable pointer of brass etc.Lightening conductor as per I.S.S.2309 of its latest amendments of latest electricity rules.It should consist proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points proper down conductors of prescribed metal of propr size prescribed by ISS 2309-1969 and ISS 3013-1966C.I. manhole of min 60x60cm size made of M.S.channel section with adequate cover made of M.S. sheet of minimum 3mm thickness hinged with manhole with locking aarrangement.This manhole should be fix at top dome at proper place.Supply, fixing,jointing of following size of C.I.D/F Pipes with C.I.D/F specials conforming to IS 8329/2000 as vertical pipes for inlet,outlet,overflow and washout as per latest / relevant I.S. specifications with all jointing materials for proper completion of work including other appurtenant works and exeavation in all types of soil. Including Out let pipes of maximum size of distribution system, Inlet pipes of rising main size, Over flow pipes of minimum size of rising main & Wash out pipe 100 mm dia.Supply and Fixing of manually operated valves/sliuce valves with hand wheels as per ISS 700/1969 or its latest amendments class “A” working pressure 10 Kg/cm2 Including cartage from its store to the site of work, lowering them into trenches, fixing in position and testing etc.complete, Construction of bed blocks in 1:2:4 PCC with cement,coarse sand and approved stone grit under each duck foot bend to support the vertical pipes.These bed blocks should supported on the raft not on the soil.Construction of sluice valve chamber for above sluice valve/Butterfly valve as per standard design and drawing including supply of all labour T&P complete. Construction of washout / overflow chamber as per standard design and drawing.Painting of all concrete surface and steel pipe works with three coats of approved cement paint and anticorrosive paints.Supply & laying of 200 mm dia PVC pipe as per I.S.-4985/2000 or as latest / relevant specification including all taxes and insurance etc.F.O.R. destination for disposal of water from overflow and washout chamber to suitable point outside the water works compound including excavation of trenches.laying of pipe line etc.required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer.
