Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifications including premixing the material with water of OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with power vibratory-roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc.

Providing and applying primer coat with emulsion MS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer coat @ 0.60 kg/sqm .using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminious macadam (DGBM) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading -II premixing with VG-30 class bituminious binder @ 4.5% by weight of total mix, transported the hot mix to the site by tipper laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment of road and rolling with smooth wheeled roller of 8-10 tonnes for initial break down rolling, with vibratory roller of 8 tonnes for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with smooth wheeled tendem roller of 6-8 tonnes to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H norms and including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 507 of MORT&H specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
