S/F of hexagonal/round GP fan box of approved make made up of 1.0 mm thick ISI marked GP sheet spot welded four to eight holes of 25.4 mm for pipe entry of the box . Holes should be semi shuttered type with 0.5mm GP sheet made upper & lower cover duly screwed fitted with 300mm round zink coated MS bar of 12 mm dia and brand name should be embossed. Distempering two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as berger, j&k, shalimar, asian paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic materials and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.
