RCC work with cement, approved Coarse sand and 40mm stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft and foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, including cost of binding wire. R.C.C. work with cement approved corsand & 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab Excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same waith 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. Providing and laying dense graded bituminious macadam (DGBM) with I00-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading -II premixing with v 30 class bituminious binder (@ 4.5% by weight of tolal mix, transported the hot mix to the site by tipper laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment of road and rolling with smooth wheeled roller of 8-10 tonnes for initial break down rolling, with vibratory roller of 8 tonnesl for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with smooth wheeled tendem roller of 6-8 tonnes to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H norms and including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 507 of MORT&H Specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.20 Kg/sqm on prepared bituminious Surface cleaned with mechanical broom including supply of all materials, labour, T&P elc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 503 of MORT&H Specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (BC) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading-II premixing with bituninious binder 30 @ 5.4% by weight of total mix, transported the hot mix to the site by tipper laid over a prepared surface with paver finisher mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment of road and rolling with smoolh wheel roller of 8-10 tonnes for initial break down rolling with vibratory roller of 8 tonnes for intermediate rolling and find rolling with smooth wheeled tendem roller 6-8 tonnes to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H norms as per including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 509 MORT&H specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying of 80mm thick ISI marked I shaped/other approved shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete paver blocks with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness of O.P. cement having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm), smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 40Mpa and weight 4.5 kg per no. confirming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc., laying with a blanket layer of 4.00 cm thick local sand including leveling and dressing surface up to required level and slope filling joints with local sand i/c all required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in- charge and as per drawing & technical specification of clause 1504.
