The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a specified number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for Past Performance - At least one of the last three Financial years for Past Performance - 25 percent: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of the bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate from Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant (if required) - Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC (if required)
