Consolidation of hard stone ballast by hand rammer including opening out stacks sorting hard stone ballast into three sizes, repairing patches in existing road suface with hard stone ballast making medhi to retain water and ramming and also including carriage of metal upto 30 meters (100 ft.) carriage of water 200 metre supply and maintenance of barriers and all tools and plants required for proper completion of work, hard stone ballast to be supplied to the contractor free at site.but 12cm (loose) thick coat of stone ballast excluding roller charges +all comp. work

Supplying & fixing 80 mm thick Precast cement concrete I shape inter locking paver block ISI mark confirming to IS 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness having plan dimention 200x( 160+120mm) of op cement , smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant,manufactured from rubur moulds through vibro -compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete pavar block shall not be less than 40MPa and weight 4.5 kg per no. including cost of meterial, with blanket layer of 4.00cm thick fine sand including labour T& P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Consinction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and constuction joint only plan cement concrete pavement thickness as per disign over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to lS 383 maximum size of coarse aggegate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capicity and appropriate weight batcher using approvd mix design laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channal laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) sprading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacled using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in constinous operating including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints as per norms applying debonding strips primer sealent dowel bars,near approaches to bridges /culvert and consruction ,joints admixtures , as approved curing of concrete slabs for fourteen days ,curing compound,(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical spercification clause 1501 i/c cost of polyethene sheets and dowel bars and also including complete shifting of material and concrete etc (M-30)
