The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of REPAIRS TO BUILDING 1140 Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Finishing walls with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm asian or berger brand of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufecturer exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface etc complete.

Dismantling of old damage jaali with frame and supply and fixing of new ventilator jaali of OHT including repair of ventilator and fixing the same properly including supply of all labour, TP etc required for the proper completion of work..

Removal of old damaged Man hole cover and supply and fixing of 60X60 cm size fabricated M.S. over with frame consisting of 50X50X6 mm angle , iron frame and over of M.S sheet of 3 mm welded in cover with hinge & locking arrangement and paint with anticorrosive paint and fixing the same at top dome of OHT and also including supply for all material , labour , T & P etc. required for the proper completion of work .

Providing and fixing hand rail of G.I. pipes 40 mm dia approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.
