Consinction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and constuction joint only plan cement concrete pavement thickness as per disign over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to lS 383 maximum size of coarse aggegate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capicity and appropriate weight batcher using approvd mix design laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channal laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) sprading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacled using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in constinous operating including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints as per norms applying debonding strips primer sealent dowel bars,near approaches to bridges /culvert and consruction ,joints admixtures , as approved curing of concrete slabs for fourteen days ,curing compound,(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical spercification clause 1501 i/c cost of polyethene sheets and dowel bars and also including complete shifting of material and concrete etc (M-30)(wuthout dowel bars)
