Supply and instalation of 20 watt led light tube etc all comp

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mix priming paint &one coat of aproved superior quality ready mix paint of clear synthetic varnish including suply of all material labour and T&P etc all comp required proper complition of the work

Providing laying of 5mm thick CHINA tiles of 200x300 mm size of floorsing or skriting laid with 1:3cement and morter finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting &polishing complete i/c suply of all materials labour T&P required for proper comletion of work

supply and fixing stainless steel gill and fabricattion work ss304 grade etc all comp.

Supply and fixing glow sign bord only one side writing letter etc all comp.

Dismentling of damage plaster including stacking dismental material with in 60m distence etc all comp.

12 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single of half brick wall with 1:4 cement conc. And mortar etc all comp.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plaster wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of material labour &T&Petc all comp

providing and laying in cement conc Concrete 1:5:10(1 Cement5 c sand and 10 graded stone Ballast)and curing comp including cost of form work in foundation and floors etc all comp.

CC with 1:2:4 cement C.sand 2cm gauge stone grit including etc all comp.

Providing laying of 8to 10mm thick kajaria tiles of 600x600 mm size of floorsing or skriting laid with 1:3cement and morter finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting &polishing complete i/c suply of all materials labour T&P required for proper comletion of work

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile organic compund) three coat content less than 50 grams/litre, of app. Brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 cement C.sand 2cm stone grit laid with one layer finishied with flooting cost with neet cement with 40 mm thick floor etc all comp

S/F of ceiling fan Usha fan Khetan Bajaj I.S.I marked including all complete

S/fixing of anodized aluminium Fitting including screw i.e handles,lock rails. Tower bolts etc all comp.

providing and lying of KOTA stone of size 45x45 cm and flooring over previously prepared base with 2cm thick 1:3 cement and sand mortar inc. filling of joints with cement mixed with pigment requred for matching the shade of floor as per direction inc cutting polishing with wax polish etc all comp.
