R.C.C work in Wall (any thickness) including attached plasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillers, columns, pillars, abutments, post and struts etc. including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement All work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level (PWDSOR 2022-23 Chapter No-05 Item No. 5.2spec. No. 5.2.2)

Class-150 Brick work in 1:4 Cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work. (DSR/ PWD 6.1)

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand (Dholpur sand Not less than in 1.25 FM) of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including intarnal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side fromwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (approved Quarri grit) (PWD SOR 2022-23, Chepter-20, SI N0 23 Item No. New Item)

R.C.C work with cement, coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the promotion 1:2:4 excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-15.

M.S or Iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary of the work and including the suply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (As per Analysis of Rate)
