R.C.C work with coment approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the promotion 1:2:4 (1 part cement, 2 coarse sand and 4 part of 2cm stone grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary cemtering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-15. Item above but in R.C.C Raft foundation and footing . (PWD SOR 2017-18, Chepter-5, Item No. 287 )

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand (Dholpur sand Not less than in 1.25 FM) of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including intarnal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.
