Dismantling of existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60mt (200 feet).

20 mm thick red fort stone sand tiles in risers of steps skirting dado and pillars laid on 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1:3 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slabs including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling, watering and rammin of excavated eartg into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of function trenches or into the plinth and reoval and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches (Where machine cannot reach/move) for building work only.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 (one cement and four coarse sand 2.20 FM mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and T & P etc. require for proper completion of work.

12mm thick plaster with one part of cement and four parts of approved coarse sand including supply of all materials labour and completion of work including making of groove in plaster surface.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality, including supply of all raw material, lanour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per the drawing and specifications and the directions of the Architect/Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and bendin but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost including making of drip coarse.

Mild steel or TMT Bars (Fe-500 D grade or higher) or HYSD bars or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel.

Removing paint or varnish with paint remover or with caustic soda includin supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Suply and Fixing of L.E.D. Glow Signage of "SWATANTRATA SENANI SANGRAM BHAWAN" with module LED lights and driver set complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of dimensions 9.14 x 0.45 meter.

Supply and Fixing of glow sign board of logo of "MORADABAD SMART CITY LIMITED" with module lights and driver set complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge at the Swatantrata Senani Sangram Bhawan of dimensions 0.61 X 0.77 meter.

12V DC L.E.D. Lights with 220V AC controller. The lights shall be placed at the back side of the 2mm polycarbonate sheet and CNC cut stainless steel sheet, at the Maharana Pratap Chowk. Total Wattage 8.0 KW. Make of lights: Crompton, Bajaj, Philips or any other make equivalent to makes mentioned with 20 Nos. of controller of 400W as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing of factory wired integral LED Flood Lights (warm white) luminaries with die cast aluminium housing built with driver set, Make of Lights: Philips, Crompton, Babaj or any other make equivalent, suitable for 70 Watt confirming to IP66 protection complete in all respect. CAT-AA.

Supply and Fixing of RGB Wall Washer lights die cast aluminium 18W 220V 2 Feet (with Construction In Extruded Aluminum Powder Coated, Glass And Housing Silicon Sealed, Glare Free Light Distribution,Dust Tight and Jet Proof, Temperd Glass, Optical Lenses) on the sides of the pedestal at the Maharana Pratap Chowk as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying of 10sq mm 4 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured server sheathed cables 1100 Volt grade on surface, the cable run shall be fixed on MC clamp etc. Suitable size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge in all respects.

Supply & wiring of 2.5sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit multistrand copper conductor cable as earthwire drawn inside the conduit.

Supply & Fixing of 63 Amp 415V metal clad TP rewirable type switch fuse unit on angle iron bracket complete in all respect CAT-B.

Supply and Fixing of customized profile lights 3 meter long, warm white colour (LED Aluminium profile can dissipate heat much better make the strip longer life, aluminium led profile make, IP54 led aluminium profile, prevent led lights from dust) 220V 24W to be placed on the pillars of the Swatantrata Senani Sangram Bhawan as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
