Earth in cutting or embarkment in ordinary soil excavation to be done from of regular pits not extending 1/2 meter(20') depth and work embarkment to be 20 cm (8") layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 meter lift and 30 meter(100ft) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embarkment or to be deposited as spoil banks within distance not less than 8 km as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12mm thick plaster with one part of cement and four parts of approved coarse sand including supply of all materials labour and completion of work including making of groove in plaster surface.

One priming coat and one coat of dry distamper on new work including materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild Steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door, frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc wrought to required shape as necessary including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel, bolts and nuts.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing,fabricatig and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick).
