Sch A Part VIII( AREA DRAINAGE)

Supply and fix LLDPE Septic tank with inbuilt up flow filter & mediafor 05 users including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1;4;8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Preparing the road surfaces by cleaning of all dirt scales and providing 2.5mm (minimum )thick hot thermoplastic paint (Retro reflective Type) for road marking in white/yellow shade by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe gun beads dispenser propane tank, heater and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surfaces . Note :- Road Marking work shall be carried out in accordance with manufacture's instructions all as specified & directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing , all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. 3. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Sch A Part IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for Road/Path/Culvert as listed in Sch ‘A’ Part VI.

Supply and fix of street light bracket (with two set of clamp of size 40 x 3 mm, nuts & bolts) made out of 40 mm medium grade GI pipe bend to shape and with fixing arrangement duly welded all as directed, length of pipe should not be less than 1.2 mtrs including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for FRP junction box with three phase complete with bakelite connector 4 Nos 20 Amps Busbar capacity 4 way supported on FRP/DMC insulator, MCB SP 06 Amps capacity with necessary fixing arrangement by providing MS clamps 1 No made out of MS flat 25 x 3 mm painted with & painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including nut bolts etc complete including all incoming & out going connections complete all as specified & directed .

Sch A Part VII( SEWAGE DISPOSAL)

Supply, installation. Commissioning & testing CPRI type tested factory made totally enclosed Min. IP 51, dust , weather and vermin proof, 2 mm thick CRCA sheet indoor type LT panel, complartmentalized to accommodate each control gear, front openable, single door system lockable/ openable with "U" type gasket to make the inner shell completely vermin proof having chromium plated flush pattern locks ( 2 Nos in each compartment) for 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC system with TPN tinned copper bus bar of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB with heat shrink colour coded sleeve, supported on F class DMC/FRP insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 21 MVA for 1 second, neutral bus bar of capacity of that of phase bus bar, general construction confirming to IS- 8623/93, having bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75 mm x 75 mm x 5 mm, louvers & air vent with gasket for natural flow of air, entire panel having common aluminium earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bush bar to switch gears with required size ( minimum 1.5 Sqmm) PVC insulated copper conductor cable, properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs, cable alleys, cable gland plates thickness 3.15 mm in two half, including LED indicating lamp for all phases, earthing studs at bottom and threded lifting lugs of suitable size at top, mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with folloeing detailed specification, control and accessoried complete:- (a) The following items are provided in one compartment:- (i) Digital voltmeter - 01 No (ii) Digitel ammeter - 01 No (iii) Three indication LED lamps (B) Incoming - MCCB 4P, 63 A, 16KA with TMR fixed type, Ics= Icu - 01 No. Outgoing:- (a) MCB SP 32 Amps - 03 Nos (b) Spare space for MCB TPN 40 Amp - 01 No (c) Three phase IP 54, automatic street light switching controller for automatic switching any off street lights based on LUX level of nature light having sensor, switch alongwith suitable power contactor of rating 32 Amp 4 pole, MCB SP 32 Amps - 02 Nos complete including testing all as specified & directed.

Sch A Part II (INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)

M&L for soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonary with top ring M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.20 m X 3.00 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base of Grade - II, by providing close graded granular sub base material of grading-I mixing in mechanical mix plant at OMC, carries of mix material to work site, spreding in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achive the desired density as complete all as specified and directed

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for External Water Supply as listed in Sch ‘A’ Part IV .

Boring of holes manually under road, pavement, hard standing without damaging the surface for 50 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified & directed. Note;- Depth of hole shall be 1 metre below the top surface of Road/ Hard standing.

M&L single brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 600 mm x600 mm x 600 mm( internal dimension), with3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coat black bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , typeC-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agreegate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing & as directed.

M&L, precast factory made concrete kerb stone of size 300x250x100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Sch A Part VI (ROAD/PATH/CULVERT)

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers (each layers of 75mm thick), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including necessary lateral support and form work if required using crushed stone coarse aggregate of maximum size 40mm of grading as specified type igneous rock such as granite/basalt/trap etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Sch A Part V (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of 16 Metre height shaft in two section suitable to withstand 50 m/ Sec wind speed with raising & lowering syatem comprising head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 Nos luminaries in symmentrical arrangement double drum winch, 6 mm diameter stainless steel junction box, lightening arrestor spike, aviation obstruction light, (wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are included and are a part of installation) with foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plate and common template with outoor type stand mounted feeder pilllar with 63 A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45 A TP contactors and raise/ lower push button, incoming 10 Sqmm and outgoing 2.5 Sqmm terminals including construction of shallow foundation with M-20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/ Sqm at 2.0 Mtr depth with all material & labour including erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools & Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed suitable core flexible cable of copper conductor of suitable size, lugs, MCB complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include all earth wok & excavation and RCC foundation as per OEMs design & drawing complete.
