M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall, chajjas, facia, roof tile etc complete all as directed.

M&L for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on OLD SURFACES of wall and including two coats of oil bound distemper on plastered/ unplastered surfaces of wall including complete removal of existing treatment. Note: The quoted rate must include considering work to be carried out on multi-storey building.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, or stone walls / ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified. Note: Rate quoted deemed to include scaffolding upto G+7 bldg

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finishing on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement in ceiling complete.

M&L for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty and two coats of oil bound distemper on NEWLY plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc. for proper preparation and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate must include considering work to be carried out on multi-storey building.

M&L for repairing existing door/ window chajjas, inverted facia or roof slab or visible concrete reinforcement of any thickness, roof slab bottom upto 3.0m span and width 1.0m, by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly plastered/concrete surface by applying one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified and directed Note: Rate quoted deemed to include scaffolding upto G+7 bldg

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc. for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate must include considering work to be carried out on multi-storey building.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated/undecoreated external wall / Ceiling applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer up to 8 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from AGE(I) before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note: Rate quoted deemed to include scaffolding upto G+7 bldg

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix cement plaster with bulk density 1.4 to 1.70KG per ltr water ratio 17 to 19% by weight with compressive strength as per IS 4031 part-VI applied as per the manufactore instr incl necessary cement screed and prepartion of surface to received ready mix plaster up to G+7 bldg including scaffolding.

M&L for 5mm thick ready mix cement plaster ceiling / chhaja with bulk density 1.4 to 1.70 KG per ltr water ratio 17 to 19% by weight with compressive strength as per IS 4031 part-VI applied as per the manufactore instr incl necesaery cement screed and prepartion of surface to received ready mix plaster up to G+7 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of old decorated external wall / Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vacuum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible up to 8 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed.
