Supply and fix outdoor type street light panel board 25-30 KW capacity, 3 Ph, 4 Wire, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel with front openable door fitted with necessary hinges, door locking by Panel lock and provision for Pad Locking duly phosphatized and powder coated with 7 tank process and conforming to IP 54 degree of protection, complete suitable for wall mounting/ pole mounting with suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc, internally pre-wired with suitable guage of copper wires and connecting up all incoming and outgoing cables with suitable cable glands, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers complete suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgears/ components :- a) Incoming MCB, TPN, 100 Amps, 10KA - 01 No. b) 4 pole contactor, 63 Amps - 01 No. c) MCB SP, 6-32A, 10 KA - 04 Nos. d) Astronomical time switch - 01 No. e) Auto/Manual selector Switch - 01 No. f) Terminal block 3 Ph, 4 wire for incoming & outgoing - 01 set

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Post top light fitting 36 Watt, made in die-cast aluminum housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser, IP 65 protection, spun aluminum powder coated canopy, low power Warm White (WW) LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation arrangement with LED color temperature- 3000K ±300K, Highly efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140-280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 5KV complete suitable for up to 60mm OD pipe entry with fixing bolts including taking down existing unserviceable post top light of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work to the Engineer - in - charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sensor LED street light of 60 W, operating voltage 120 V, input current 195 MA, power factor more than 0.95% lumen efficiency 110 lm/w, PC lens, IP 66 High power LED SMD, connecting the light fitting to electric source with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- warranty as per manufacturer's instructions should be printed on light fitting and necessary certifcae to this effect shall be submitted to Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and connect in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor and overall PVC sheathed in service connections one twin core cable flat or circular of size 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of LED spike light pressure die- cast almunium housing best suitable for bush lighting with rated power 12 W cat ref LLSF-12-W or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and erection in replacment of Hot dip galvanized tapered octagonal pole of height 7.0 mtrs in single or double section having top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130mm made up of 3mm thick sheet and welded with a base plate of size 220mm x 220mm x 12mm thick and provided with 1000mm long single arm bracket with 15 degree of angle 02 Nos for mounting street light fitting complete with provision of 04 Nos of ‘J’ type foundation bolts of size not less than 20mm dia, 600mm long embedded in RCC foundation concrete as per manufacturer’s recommendation including necessary earth work, RFR etc complete. A door should be provided at a height of 500mm from the base plate for accommodating and including provision of TPN aluminium bus bar system suitable for connecting up to 4 core, 16 sqmm aluminium cable and 01 No. of 6A SP MCB for street light protection inside the pole shaft including provision of 3 core, 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS:694 from pole junction box to street light fitting drawn through inside of pole . Radium reflector band / strips of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from base plate. Numbering of pole shall be done in black colour on yellow background at suitable place on the pole complete as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of RCC foundation concrete, necessary excavation, earth work & RFR etc complete as per manufacturer's recommendation. Contractor shall submit the pole drawing and foundation drawing as per manufacturer's recommendation for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix in replacement of 80mm dia bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard / dense soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Making holes (02 Nos - one near cable junction box and other near street light bracket) on existing steel tubular poles of any type, thickness & height through drilling / gas welding work having smooth and chamber edge of hole, for drawing street light control cable through inside of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Semi Integrated Solar Street light 15 Watt, inbuilt Lethium Ion Battery, Input Voltage 12.8V, Lumen efficiency - 110 lm/w, PC lens, IP 66, High power LED SMD complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- warranty as per manufacturer's instructions should be printed on light fitting and necessary certifcae to this effect shall be submitted to Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing energy saving LED INVERTER TYPE STREET LIGHT 45 WATT AND BATTERY BACK UP OF MINIMUM 8 HOURS environmental friendly, long life , exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP 66 security light with high power LEDs as light source , Suitable for 40 mm GI pipe , 5700K LED of Havells or equivalant of Surya/ Philips/ Halonix/ Crompton/ BAJAJ and ,connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable all as directed. Supply and fixing of 120 Watt LED street light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including taking down of existing unserviceable street light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work to the Engineer - in - charge.

Attending daily complaints of area of Jhansi Military station incl Caleb Vihar and AAU by deputing adequate number of Skilled teams of qualified Electrician and helper any time of the day ( Minimum 01 Skilled Electrician & 02 Helper ) for repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, Flood light, LED strip on poles , High Mast light , Post top lanten of any size/capacity at any height and repair the street lights, Flood lights and Post Top lanten having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition , Shifting and refixing the same etc and make the light functional. After rectifying the defects of the electrical system replace the U/S items such as street light , flood lights, LED strips, MCBs TPN ,connection plate , thimbles and timmer small pieces of electrical cables PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor of sizes 2.5 Sqmm to 6 Sqmm twin core and length not increasing 1.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Complaint slip shall be part of the bill) and In Addition one 16 mtrs height hydraulic vehicle with driver & operator of the same team will operate and manage day to day street light Complaints and update the status of complaints on daily basis and confirmed through concerned JE E/M daily as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix inreplacment of LED Bollard light having step profile placed on top ideal for archistripectural outdoor lighting typically giving off light from the sides suitable to illuminate walkway,steps or pathway with rated power 10 W complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 40 Watt LED street light Celesta antiquely designed aesthetically appealing land scap cum street light, made from aluminium housing, clear polymer deffuser to provide uniform and pleasand light output fitting made , IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including taking down of existing unserviceable street light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work to the Engineer - in - charge.

All as per item No. 6.00 here-in-before but of 70 Watt LED street light fitting.

All as per Serial Item No. 17.00 here-in-before but of 25 Watt LED Post top light.

Supply and fix SMC (Sheet Moulded Compound) outdoor type junction box of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm (Outside Dimensions) with 63Amps rated four pole connector, one single pole MCB of 6 Amps rating mounted on DIN rail, stainless steel cable glands of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables including fixing on steel tubular poles / PCC poles with 25mm x 4mm MS clamps (02 Nos), nuts & bolts etc including taking down existing unserviceable junction box of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Complaint shall be done within 24 hrs after intimation by JE E&M and Engineer-in-Charge failling which penalty of Rs 250.00 per day per complaint will be levied on contractor. (ii) One supervisor will report to JE E/M , Engineer -in-Charge on daily basis with complaint register. (iii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for Complaint slip/ Job card prepared and submitted on daily basis ( Format as per provided by the Engineer in Charge). (iv) This item pertains to attending complaints of street light/flood light/LED strips on poles/High mast, MCB, & timer panel including other minor items such as insulating tape, screws etc as required to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/Engr-in-Charge. (v) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 6.00 here-in-before but of 90 Watt LED street light fitting.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial Item No. 9.00 here-in-before but of 50 Watt LED flood light fitting.

Supply and fix in replacment of LED Solar Post Top light fitting 25 Watt with high efficiency long life LEDs with inbuilt electronic driver and surge protection upto 10 KV and high efficiency crystalline solor module with maintenance free Lithium battery with backup of 02 days complete housed in pressure die- cast aluminium housing covered with polycorbonate cover with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

All as per Serial Item No. 9.00 here-in-before but of 100 Watt LED flood light fitting.

Supply and fix LED strip light 24 Watt warm / coolwhite/ tricolour, 18 meter length, flexible PBC body incl driver, IP 20 Protection with accessories such as 06 Amp plug Top, flexible cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Phillips/ Havells/Bajaj

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 1.50mtr long bent to required shape and fixed to steel tubular / PCC pole with clamps made out of 40mm x 5 mm MS flat fixed with suitable nuts, bolts and washers etc including taking down existing unserviceable bracket of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connect in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS 694, three core, 2.5 sqmm for connecting from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erection in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole including taking down existing unserviceable pole of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ).

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 150 Watt LED flood light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5 mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unserviceable flood light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of 72 Watt LED monocolour options 3K/4K/5K Red,Green,Blue, Amber RGB/RBGA leaners LED with ON/ OFF or DMX control cat ref SLE BLMS 72W IP 66 RGBW SFL or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of three phase 8 KW Automatic street light control switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Switching off illuminance level should be of minimum 30 Lux and Switching off illuminance should be greater than or equal to 10 LUX. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof , termite proof and FR grade with Hensel Enclosures, conforming to IP66 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. The Make of Nature switch Kaatiya Energy Systems,/ Havells/Healer Enterprises. M&L in replacement of Power Cables, Aluminum Stranded Conductor 25 sqmm, 4 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 complete laid in trenches / floors / fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH lines and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and provn of cable covers / protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.
