Dismantling of existing LT/HT insulators any types and any size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/Loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

M & L for well burnt brick sub class B old size laying in trenches perpendicular to axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Boring/drilling (Horizontly) manually/mechanically under existing road max 10 M in depth) suitable for passing GI Tubing 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply, laying jointing and testing LT UG cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured IS 7098 marked, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core, laid in trench/laid under floor or fixed naked with wall/on wall/in ducts/in GI pipes etc. with and includings MS Clamps, nuts,bolts,washers complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excation, earth works,and sand cushioning,protection bricks/tiles/blocks and pipe shall be measured and paid seprately under given items.

S&F in replacement wheather proof pole mounting junction box, base and door of junction box made out of SMC having outside dimention 333x233x120mm, inside dimention 300x200x105mm , single door front openable provided with hinged cover and locking arrangements with 4 Nos aluminium bas bar 63 Amps, mounted on porcelin insulator including M&L for MCB SP 10-1No, fixed on box in Din rail complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of junction box body Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 6mm thick of size 600x600 mm buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtr from GL, connected with galvanised iron strip 32x6mm all as shown in Plate No-3, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2with RCC precast pit cover slab 400mmx400mmx50mm with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, funnel, wiremesh, 50 mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of GI Strip 32x6mm, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around GI earth plate, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore medium grade, 2.5 metres length,buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement factory made , tested , CPRI approved powder coated Timer panel board (Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 600mmx450mmx450mm) ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The timer panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom support of angle iron 50x50x6mm duly coated with zink metal coating,front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 100 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) 3 pole power contractor AC 3 rating 40 Amp, 240 Volt AC -01 Nos (iii) Astronomical Digital Timer Switch 240 V AC -01 Nos (iv) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 Cl-1 -01No (v) CTs ratio 100/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (vi) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vii) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 150 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators.

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 40 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos Note - Plateform of panel fixed with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crused stone ,15 cm thick in foundation,brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old size bricks ,rendring 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6,type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on Top and grouting bolts etc for panel.The plate form shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/glands. All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit protection and confirming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947 -II (Latest Version). The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacture.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement factory made , tested , CPRI approved powder coated LT Panel board(Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 2100mmx1400mmx600mm) ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zink metal coating,front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :-

(a) Incoming :- (i) On load change over switch 400 Amp - 01 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (iii) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 -01No (iv) CTs ratio 400/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 125 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 03 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 63 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos

All as per item No 28 above but comprising with following:- (a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) On load change over switch - 400 Amps - 02 Nos (iii) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 -01No (iv) CTs ratio 200/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 300 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. M&L in replacement out door type busbar panel board (Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 600mmx450mmx450mm) made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm factory made suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, powder coat painted comprising of the following:- (a) FP, Aluminium bus bar 400/500 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. (b) Incoming MCCB 160/250 Amps 36 KA, 415 Vots, 50 Hz, FP. – 1 No (c) LED Indicator lamp RYB - 01 set of three.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole 25 KA 415 volts 50 Hz thermal magnetic release with sheet metal enclouser of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet factory made with poweder coat paint including connecting with existing system. after taking down old existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as directed.

Supply drawing, connecting and testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed` copper conductor (flexible ) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from Junction box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole ,250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole ,100 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos (c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in foundation concrete for coping of poles all as specified.

Supply & fixing automatic street light timer panel 12 KW /40 Amp ,3 phase 415 V switch using Infrared Sensor based for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. Required illuminance for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux level. The sensor (nature switch) alongwith suitable power contactors, Input (supply) MCB and output (load) MCB(s), support terminals should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR graded SMC junction box conforming to IP-54 degree of ingress three phase 8 KW lightening load capacity including mounting bracket, cable glands, openable doors with lock complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Laying, jointing and testing in of LT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm cross sectional area, 2 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

All as per item No 12 above but of size 25 Sqmm 4 core

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including PCC cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in earthing pit, MS funnel with wire mesh GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 5 SSR Part-I. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one metre away from the earth pit and GI pipe fittings for watering shall be provided up to chamber and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate of earthing.

Supply & Fixing twin core, 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded aluminium conductor cable, over all PVC sheathed, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing singal pole sheet metal enclosure made of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet factory made with powder coat painting including 01x MCB 20 Amps 10 kA complete all as directed Note : The cost of suitable size clamp/Nut bolts required at site for fixing of enclosure on garden light post/wall is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Supply & fixing GI brackets made of 40 mm nominal bore GI pipe medium grade of required length not less than 1.5 M long, mounting brackets made out of Mild steel FI 40x6 mm of required shape ( two Nos) duly fitted with Mild steel nuts, bolts and washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zn chrome primer and fixed to pole / walls etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - including taking down old and unsv.

Supply and fix in replacement 25 Watt LED Post Top lanterns housing made of Die-cast aluminum spigot for mounting LED driver and spun aluminum canopy , epoxy powder coated matt black finish after phosphochromate treatment , high quality polycarbonate cover is used over LED moudule to enhance the lumen output & clear acrylic diffuser is used to provide overall glare free light , Powered by electronic integral , isolated poted electronic LED driver in ABS housing with APFC (SMPS based constanct current supply) with lower THD , output short/open circuit protection , Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec-13 , IP 65 , Lumen efficiency not less than 98 lumen per watt system efficency ,power factor >0.95, THD<10% at Full load CRI> 70%

Supply and fixing in replacement 60 W LED street light fitting with mandatory driver set having pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embaded PC cover /IP lens, street light should have IP 66 protection, impact resistance of IK 07 , Lumen efficiency of LED not less than 110 lumen per watt system efficency ,power factor >0.95, THD<10% at Full load CRI> 70% ,street light should have built in potted electronic LED driver with , lower THD, open circuit protection , over voltage protection , surge voltage protection , and provided with company LOGO ingraved on housing of the street light complete including taking down of old UNSV fittings all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note :-The contractor should take approval of techincal specification of luminaries and driver from department before procurement .

Supply and installed steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9 mtr long) complete with MS base plate of size 300x300x6mm thick at bottom, welded at the centre with through hole of 14mm dia at a height of 300mm above the coping finial cap and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer with writing number including excavation upto required depth and PCC type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded) at bottom and PCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded) for mass filling and pole coping (60x60x30cm) and rendering of coping with 10mm thick in1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
