Taking Down Cement plaster/duster bed PCC of column, chajja , paraphet of roof, facia, drops, ceiling etc and making good with cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:3 with PCC 1:2:4 (average thickness of PCC 25 mm) as required brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq metre including necessary form work and scaffolding upto 4 storey floor including fixing of wire netting where required to match the existing surface

Providing and applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm, over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the new or old surface even and smooth on wall surface complete all as specified and directed. Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with approved paint in putty mixer and apply on wall surface. Step 2 : Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying one coats of Oil bound distemper on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper applied over priming coat on wall surface complete all as specified. Note- Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting shrubs wild gorwth/trees and removing complete vegetation growth from external walls and roof of building including taking out roots from roof, brick wall or concrete surfaces and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and removing the rubbish from the site (MOD land) for a Md Accn block up to 4 storey, complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size, quality or description) from wooden/ steel frames glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads/metal pins complete.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface etc. on wall finished even and fair extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 05 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on brick or concrete surface etc. on ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing paint by mannual scrapping and sanding with TruCare Wall Sander: L-01/H-01(having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane 3 mm thick all as specified

M&L for carrying out treatment in following step as given below:- Step (i) M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with wall sandar as approved having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia 17 cm to 25 cm to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. from existing plastered surfaces of wall. Step (ii) M&L for applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1 kg per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm of approved make over prepared surface and sanding of the putty surface with sandar machine of approved make having RPM 1500, dia 17 cm to 25 cm make the surface free from dust. Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints or equivalent as per list of makes Trucare Putty mixer Step (iii) M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 liter per 10 sqm diluted with water in 1.1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine. Step (iv) M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved make with low VOC less than 50, Anti Algal properties in two coats applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8ltr (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied. by skilled labour on old or new wall surface complete all as specified. Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coast etc

M&L for preparation of old/new decorated external wall surface by sand paper of reqd sizes, filling in wall care putty in potholes existing or created again sand papering thus prepairing surface and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old/new decorated internal wall/ceiling surface by sand paper of reqd sizes, filling in wall care putty in potholes existing or created again sand papering thus prepairing surface and applying one coat of White wash/colour wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface etc. on wall finished even and fair extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of tiling work in floors and walls using suitable chemical or solvent as per manufacturer''s instructions duly taking care not to damage glaze of tiling work, including necessary filling of joints/grouting with white cement and removing any loose debris or dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints or equivalent as per list of makes Tru Care Wall Sander: L-01/H-01(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour on wall/ceiling surface complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
