M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity of Bitumen primer of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface and providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) and filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, laying by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side,the difference in quantity of of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rates of Rs 42/- per Kg for paving bitumen VG-30.However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layer of 75mm thick (compacted thickness & each layer to be rolled & consolidated separately), with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

Repair to pot holes, exceeding 30mm depth & not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity of Bitumen primer of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, putting in & including bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) and filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant well, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in ACP panel as in wall panelling, cladding or ceiling 3 mm thick of required colour, fixed on mild steel framing or grid as specified spacing fixed on wall or coloumns by drilling hole with screw and joints of panels shall be sealed with silicon tape as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular rubber speed breaker/rumble strip having dimension 500x400x75mm compact high resistance to moisture, temp, UV rays capacity to withstand severe impacts and comprising of segment of colour black/yellow of Model No GSB-75, Acrylic reflectors fixed on front and back help in identifying the location of the speed breaker from a large distence fixed suitable size of steel zinc plated nails as per manufactures instructions as per sample kept in GEs office complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repairs convex safety mirror 800 mm dia in size made of ABS body & polycarbonate lens provided with suitable stainless steel pipe post (50mm dia and 1.2 mtr height above GL and 0.45 mtr below GL) out door purpose including stand/pedestal embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate of size 30x30x45cm with & including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. M&L for Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description nexc 10cm width/girth on road surface with retroreflective colour paint as per MORTH specification and confirming to relevent IS using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm of 2.5mm thick in layer with automatic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank & profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair solar powered road stud (cat eyes) of size 125x125mmx20-25mm thick (60mm shank) of self illuminating flashing type having 3 Nos LEDs for Bi-directional studs (flashing and not flickening) visibility minimum 1000 mtrs flashing raty 65-75 times per min with detachable N1-MH battery of 1.2V to give backup of atleast 3-4 days from fully charged condition and it should be attached just before fixing and should not be accessible once installed made of robust alu die-cast housing with embossed edges for protection against bullock cart iron wheels having reflector strip in addition to LEDs stud form biomanchor waterproof IP-65 as per IS 12063-1987 category 2 tested toper from satisfactorily for minimum 100 hrs under rapid Thermal Cycling Tests as per IEC 1215 between -40 to +80 degrees centigrade weight min 700 Gms, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed blocks, copings, kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactuers instruction etc all as specified and directed. M&L Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, column, struts, posts etc where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connected plate confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality A, complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking rubberised paver block with grey cement and no pigment and approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. .
