Note : (i) The additional length of earth lead conductor beyond 7.5 Mtr (if required at site) shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item mentioned here-in-under. (ii) Earth resistance should be maximum 3 ohm. In case the same is not likely to be achieved. The contractor will go for additional depth & soil treatment so as to achieve maximum 3 ohm resistance. Without any extra cost

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally best available laid in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Extensible Outdoor Fixed Type (IP64), RMU (Ring main unit) 4-way comprising of 1 No 630 Amps, Motorised Load Break Switches (Comprising One No. Incomers) & 3 Nos. Vacuum Circuit Breaker as Outgoing, inside robotically / manually welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 2 mm having IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with Copper busbars internal, external as well as earthing busbars should be of copper, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cables 100/1 Amp, 5P10, 2.5 VA - 3 No's. & Resin cast ring core metering CT 50/1 Amp, Cl 1.0, 2.5 VA - 3 No's. on cables, one number fault passage indicator per unit, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 20kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. (A) 1 No 630 Amp motorised Load Break Switches triple pole, single break 3 position as incomer (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 20 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1,fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism,Red/Green Push Button for On/Off Operation, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable 95 Sqmm.

(B) 3 Nos. 630 Amp Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker, triple pole, single break 3 position (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 20 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Red/Green Push Button for On/Off Operation, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable 95 Sqmm. (C ) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have LCD (16 x 2). Relay should have facility to trip the breaker from remote commands without shunt trip coil, Last 5 Fault Record with Time stamp, battery pack replaceable from front. Transformer VCB should be provided with protection scheme for transformer faults like OTI, WTI & Buchholz's relay alaram & trip, along with annunciation & lock-out function Bus Connected PT Unit -1 No. for Metering consisting of following:-

(i) Type M: Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 630A, 20KA for 3sec. (ii) 3 Voltage Transformers of the ratio 11kV/√3 / 110 V/√3, 25 VA, Class 1 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (iii) 1 Digital MFM to measure Amps,Volts,Frequency,PF,KWH,KVAR. (iii) 1 LED Illumination. (iv) 1 Space Heater with thermostat. (v) 1 RYB phase indications. (vi) 1 set Bushings for external busbar connection along with Busbar cover & Sleeved busbars for coupling. (vii) 2x12 V Battery with battery charger with suitable burden for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & Output 24 V DC. Battery make: EXIDE/HBL. (D) LED based Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 kV Necessay interclocking arrangement for safety and operations LBS shall be of ratings 12 KV, 630 A, 20 KA for 3 Sec. (E) One No. Operationg Handle for Manual Operation. (F) One No. Manometer. (G) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (H) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (I) Manual operation of Load Break switch should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU. Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (J) The Cable termination of RMU should be rear accessible only. And minimum 3 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site (K) PCC 1:2:4. type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of RMU as per recommendations of manufacturers of directed by EIC. Note (i) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be quoted rate.Make: AREVA/ L&T/SIEMENS/SCHNEIDER (ii) The RMU will be tested at site by primary injection test system and submit the test report.

Shifting of transformer HT 11 KV, three phase, LT 433 volt ,capacity up to 100 KVA using man power /crane/transport vehicle to required location within AF Stn BKT incluiding re-installation at new location & making all HT/LT connection & Earthings connection, testing and re-commissioning of the transformer including any other requirement for smooth funtioning to restore the electric supply complete all as sepecified and directed. Notes:- (i)For shifting of transformer from existing location to new location shall be required mechanical instrument such as crane & vechicles including loading/unloadingetc. Cost will be bear by bidder and shall be deemed included in the unit quoted rate ,no any claim entertained on this account at later stage

M & L for horizontal boring under PTT/Runway / Road, pavement, Hard standing complete by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE PN-10 pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as sepecified and directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22 (8.5 meter long) complete with CI base plate and foundation, coping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 core PVC insulated flexible cable cord 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor flexible cables 1100 Volt grade complete and making connection from pole box to Flood light complete all as sepecified and directed.

S&F Weather Proof thermo plastic (Polysterene) Cable Junction box, having protection class IP-66 and of overall size 155mm x 210mm x 92mm (Approx) having metric knockouts on the wall, duly fixed with the pole with aluminium strip (25x3mm) clamp, GI bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos polymide weather proof cable glands of cable sealing range 10mm to 17mm (Complete with check nut) and including 1 No 30 Amps 4 Way cable connector and 1 No. 6 Amps SP MCB complete all as sepecified and directed.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar of overall size not less than 1000mm Height (Without Canopy & Base Channel) 1400mm width x 450mm Depth, M.S. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick/PCC. pedestal of height 750 mm above ground level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 600 amps, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming and outgoing side of MCCBs for termination of cables. The Feeder Pillar shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication house who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Feeder Pillar and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-54 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Stainless steel sheet for outer sheet and 2.0mm thick for inner doors/partations and 3.15mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt, The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables. BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant,high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 300 amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears shall be carried out with suitable size PVC insulated aluminium strip as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLSH grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges.

Note : All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. (2) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. (3) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks (4) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. (5) The dimention of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department. (6)The thickness of MS Sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be of 3.15mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm (7) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments. (8) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process. M&L for construction of Soakage well for 2.40 m internal dia and 4.5m (effective depth) including necessary excavation in earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded curshed stone aggregate) as in foundation, brick work in cment mortar 1:4 in walls and honey combed brick wall, reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in slab cover including pre-cast cover slab having 8mm dia TMT bar reinforced plain cment concrete band and dwarf wall , form work to sides and soffits of RCC slab & filling with brick bats loose filling complete all as specified and shown in drawings TD No- 576 sheet No- 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×6mm copper strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts/bolts and washers, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below ground level for protection pipe ,excavation and earth work charcole dust, common salt PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) Cost of earthing strip & GI pipe 25mm up to 7.5 m shall be included in cost of above item. (ii) Excavation and earthwork in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (iii) The Steel work, RCC , PCC work shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1050 X 1050 X 1050 mm (Internal dimensions) with brick work of old size fly ash bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 and 10 mm thick rendering on internal and 15 mm thick on exposed external surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame, 3.00 mm thick mild steel sheet cover with appropriate size lifting handles and locking arrangement and 01 No. 50 mm size 4 levers lock with keys in duplicate including painting steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box outdoor type platform mounted suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50Hz supply having aluminium bus bar 400 Amps for phases and neutral, fixed on porcelain / epoxy insulator. the panel shall be dust proof, vermin proof (IP54) and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on sheet and made of out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet self moulded type and 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame front and rear opening with double shutter and locking arrangement with 50mm lock and including grouting of panel with necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 work complete all as specified. Supply and fix flush mounted factory made VTPN DBs, 415 volt IP - 43 protection IK-09 with metal double door with 200 Amp copper bus bar with 2 neutral bar, earth bar and cables management fully insulated bus bar with set of wire and door earthing with provision of space of 100 amps MCB as incomer and SP/TP MCBs as outgoing 4 way complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix PCC block of size 300mm X 300mm complete all as specified and directed.
