Note for item No. 1 to 3 :- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorized applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc. after approval by AGE (I). (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover 1 "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) with at least one of the manufactures mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc. and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors fittings etc. to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fitting, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from AGE (I) prior carrying out further work.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on other than fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces and finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only Water proofing compound confirming to IS 2545 complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment for old distempered surface of wall including cornices etc and providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint of approved shade on new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
