Dismantling and taking out street light steel tubular poles of any size embedded in concrete upto bottom of foundation with the help of crane,hydra or suitable T&P and transporting/ Stacking for re-use and refixing steel pole to new location within Manauri AF campus incl all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles, PCC in foundations below GL and in plinth block(coping) above GL , removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, including necessary form work and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with Aluminium & blue paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed. inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rate is inclusive of Necessary excavation and PCC work.

Note- Paint colour & shade including writing marking of letters etc shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate and the same shall be approved by Deptt.

M&L for marking of pole numbers on steel tubular pole in 20 cm dia with approved colour in circular shape of background by synthetic enemal paint ,shape and size of letter complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair works for street/perimeter light/solar light comprising of attending the complaints of nonfunctional street /security lights by checking electric circuits ,wiring,junction box,light fitting and other faults by deploying trained electrician with helper and tools/ladder and saftey equipments on daily basis or on call and carrying out minor repairs as required to make the light fittings functional with and incl tightening of lose and broken connections ,insulating naked wires etc in Tech and Adm area of 24 ED AF manauri at any time (even night) immediately on call all as specified and diected. Note : (a) Complain register / complaint slip will be put up to EIC weekly (b) Minor Spares like thimble,nut bolt,peices of wires etc is included in quoted rate. (c) In case of functional requirement ,contractor is required to attend the service on sunday and public holidays as notified by Engr-In-Charge. (d) On absent from duty during contract period of sum of Rs. 500/- per day will be recovered from contractor due payment.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
