S&F in replacement for jointing kit suitable for LT 1100 Volts cable (earthed) straight thorught joint, heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for following size XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- (i) Rate quoted including necessary excavation, returning filling, removal etc for taking out loop/ cutting of burnt cable for required length for making end joint.

M&L for replacement of existing old unsv earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and laying double wall corrugated HDPE pipe in 6 Mtrs Size in 75mm OD 63 mm ID with sockets as per IS 16205 Part 24 complete all specified and directed.

(a) 185-240 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made Bus Bar panel board cubical out door type of size 1.00 MtrX 0.750mtrX0.600mtr for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 60 cm legs & bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating 400A, 4Pole The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators. Note : Bus bar should be fixed on PCC and its rate included in quoted rate.

S&F for cable outdoor terminal Boot for transformer, 11 KV (Earthed) grade with connecting accessories suitable for sizes 95 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm including testing after jointing complete all as directed. Make : Denson/ Birla 3M/Cab Seal/Raychem

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 240 Sq mm 3.5/4 Core from trenches, poles/walls and floor for removing of fault or re-laying (Necessary earth work shall be measured and paid under respective item of sch.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board, 415 Volts, 3 Phase & 4wire system, cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable alley protected with bakelite sheet between bus bar & cable alley with front side shutters with locking arrangement, including TPN Aluminium bus bar insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeve of rating not less then 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer ACB/MCCB and bus bar chamber covered both side using bakelite sheet partition and wire mesh to the back side of cable alley for the protection purpose . The TPN bus bar shall be mounted on F class insulators with intervals not more then 500 mm. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as incoming/outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm properly welded with 45 CM long 04 legs of angle iron 50x50x6 mm using 3 mm thick CRCA sheet corners to all legs and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of Aluminum lugs and suitable size of chrome plated brass double compression glands provided for incoming and out-going cables comprising the following :-.( Note:-All type Test Certificates and Design varification with switch gears ( ACB & MCCB) as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job.) Make of ACB/ MCCB/MCB/Change over switch: L&T/ABB/LEGRAND/SCHNIEDER/SIEMENS

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for cables ,pole etc not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil including removal of sand, bricks/PCC covers laid for cable proection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and above 1.5m depth for errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and laying double wall corrugated HDPE pipe in 6 Mtrs Size in 50mm OD 38 mm ID with Sockets as per IS 16205 Part 24 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for repairing of indoor/ out door LT Panels of off sizes with grinding/welding work, incuding fixing of existing size nuts, bolts, washer, door hinges, handles etc including painting of inside and out side area with two coats of existing paint with over all finished with epoxy powder coating/spray paint using compresser with apply a coat of rust preventing primer including scratched up old paint/rushed part of panel. If requirement any welding griding work rate to consided in quoted work. After painting provision of LT Danger notice board on panel and All Incoming/out goings MCCBs should be Marking label complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing of bushes/small plants upto root level around and surroundings areas E/M installations (i.e. Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards & other Misc E/M installations etc.) soft and loose soil including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in coping/pedestal of poles including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

(b) 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Supply, fixing and laying double wall corrugated HDPE spilt pipe in 2 Mtrs Size in 120mm OD/103 mm ID including locking arrangement with suitable size of stainless steel/PVC locking strip - 03 Nos of each length as per IS 16205 Part 24 complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 95 to 150 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core (Item retreived from item 06 here-in-before) laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles after removing fault complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50 to 350 mm bore GI/HDPE tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing streta after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 sp-31 (9 meters long) including prepration painting of complete area with two coat of aluminum paint from 1.5 mtr above ground level to top of pole and a height of 1.5 mtr from the ground level synethetic enamel paint in alternate strips / layer (30 cm wide) with white and blue colour including writing the pole number in white letters on black background complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE UG cable PVC insulated,bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of following sizes core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/ pole complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

(a) 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Re-Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 10 to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core (Item retreived from item 05 here-in-before) laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles after removing fault complete all as specified and directed.

(c) 25-50 Sqmm 3.5 core

S&F for disconnecting of burnt/damaged cables from panels/ junction boxes etc. cutting out the burnt out ends, making new end joints by supply and fixing new aluminium lugs/ insulation tapes etc. and reconnecting using new nuts/bolts/washers/ thimble/lugs etc. and restoring three phase and neutral connection in the junction box for 10 to 240 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core size LT underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Earth work required for extending the incoming/outgoing cable in junction box/ panel etc . shall deemed to be included in unit rates. (b) Excavation, returning and filling upto 3 mtrX.75mX.60M is should be in quoted rates
