Polishing with Hi-gloss French polish to match with the existing complete to the Bed plywood top including preparation of old wooden surface complete all as specified & directed.

Chair Dining (FD-279-223) Re-Canning bottom as per size of bottom of chair dinning with new 2mm wide half round white plastic cane & Border Canning with 4mm wide plastic cane complete all as specified & directed.

Polishing with Hi-gloss French polish to match with the existing complete to the Chair dining wooden including preparation of old wooden surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Easy with Arms (FD-229) M&L in replacement of damaged / broken parts of chair easy with second class hard wood shisham and readjusting as per drawing complete as specified and shown in drawing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following:- Front legs

Re-Canning of Chair Easy with 2mm wide half round white plastic cane and border canning with 4mm wide plastic cane complete as per specification including taking out old cane complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

Polishing with Hi-gloss French polish to match with the existing complete to the Chair easy including preparation of old wooden surface complete all as specified & directed.

Table Dinning 6 person (FD-273 &269) Taking out unserviceable table top from table dinning 6 person and supply & fix new table top made with 18 mm thick MDF board one side teak face exterior BWR grade of Make: Archid / Century / Asisply or any Equivalent make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge including 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable / damaged Legs S & F from table dinning and supply & fix new legs of table dinning made of seasoned Shisham wood matching with the existing shape & sizes including PVC or rubber shoe at the bottom of leg to match the existing complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable / damaged front or back rails from table dinning 6/8 person and supply & fix new rails of table dinning 6/8 person made of seasoned Shisham wood to matching with the existing shape & sizes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out unserviceable / damaged side rails from table dinning 6/8 person and supply & fix new side rails of table dinning made of seasoned Shisham wood to matching with the existing shape & sizes complete all as specified & directed.

Polishing with Hi-gloss French polish to match with the existing complete to the table dinning 6/8 person wooden including preparation of old wooden surface complete all as specified & directed.

Table bed side (FD – 276, 248 AND 28) Taking out unserviceable back plywood from table bed side and S&F new back made of 6mm thick commercial plywood Exterior grade BWR with polishing complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge. Make: Century / Kit ply or approved by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable shelves from table bed side and S&F new shelves with steel handle made of 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak face Exterior grade BWR complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge. Make: Century / Kit ply or approved by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable sides from table bed side and S&F new sides made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak face Exterior grade Make: Archid/ Century/ Asisply duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading matching with the existing shape & sizes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out unserviceable tops/ bottom from table bed side and S&F new tops/ bottom made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak face Exterior grade complete all as specified & directed. Make: Archid/ Century/ Asisply duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading matching with the existing shape & size.

Table writing with drawer [FD-249,275 & 33] Taking out unserviceable tabke top from Table writing and S&F new table top made with 18 mm thick particle board exterior grade conforming to grade -1 & type III(PL MDF-13 Designation )as per IS 14587), One side teak face in Baverian beach shade and balancing white lamination on other side Make(as specified in particular specification )including 6 mm thick first class hard wood (MP Teak) edging all around the top complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable / damaged legs from table writing and S&F new leg made of seasoned Shisham wood matching with the existing shape & sizes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out unserviceable / damaged front or back rails from table writing and S&F new rails made of seasoned Shisham wood to matching with the existing shape & sizes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out damaged centre stiffener from table writing and S&F new centre stiffeners made of seasoned Shisham wood to matching with the existing shape & sizes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out unserviceable / damaged Shutter from table writing and S&F new Shutter made of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board Exterior BWR grade one side teak face of Make : Novapan / Kit Ply sides covered with 4mm thick teak wooden or PVC beading all around the shutter including piano type hinges, 40 mm dia PVC knob & 6 lever steel lock with duplicate key of godrej patteren best quality complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable / damaged back plywood from box of table writing and S&F new back made with 6mm thick plywood commercial Exterior grade BWR complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge. Make: Century/ Kit ply or Sudarshan or approved by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable / damaged drawers from Table writing and S&F new drawers made with 12mm thick seasoned sheasham wood except bottom & bottomg of drawers shall be of 6mm thick ply wood commercial type BWR grade complete all as specified and shown on drawing as directed by Engineer–in-Charge. Make: Century/ Kit Ply or Sudarshan Including PVC or wooden Knob or approved by Engr-in-Charge

Polishing with Hi-gloss French Polish to match with the existing complete to the Table writing including preparation of old wooden surface complete all as specified & directed.

CUSHION FOR SOFA SET 5 SEATER 100 mm thick 32 density tapestry cloth dedatable type using one side suitable zip as approved over markin cloth. Cushion tepesting cloth as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Cushion - Sleepwell, Kurlon)

SOFA SINGLE SEATER FD-234 (i) Taking out of defective components from single seater sofa set such as sofa spring cushion/coir,cotton layer,hession cloth, tapestry cloth nails, cane stick for fixing the spring etc. and supply and fixing in replacement of new defective spring, coir of approved quality in seat and back, nails cane stick for fixing the spring and other necessary components which are involve for complete repair of sofa and including alround covered with approved standard tapestry cloth , cotton layer, tapestry cloth as approved by engineer in charge and as specified in drawing Fd-234. Note :- Tapestry cloth,hession cloth & tapestry cloth & cushion shall be replaced in all single sofa and cost of these shalle be deem to be included in qouted rates. (ii) Rates of replacement of defective ply stiffeners ,Planks , rails shall be deem to be inclusive in quoted rates. (iii) All wood work and teak veneered surface shall be Hi Gloss french polished and rate for above shall be deem to be inclusive in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable legs of sofa set four seater and providing new legs made out of Ist class hard wood (Teak) duly polished complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable hand rest of sofa set four seater and providing new hand rest made out of Ist class hard wood (Teak) duly covered complete all as specified & directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
