The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the categories of work. For works more than 25 lakhs, the bidder should have at least five years of experience in the organized sector. They should have completed two jobs equal to the bid value or one job of total 75% of the bid value. The value and percentage of similar works completed are 75% of the bid value, and the amount is equal to the bid value. For specific works, the experience requirements are as follows: - For multistoried building work, experience of construction of buildings of height 15 Mtr or more. - For road works, only road works will be considered. - For drains, only drain works will be considered, but for building works, no drain work will be considered. For works more than 10.00 lacs and up to 100.00 lacs, the bidder should have a Diploma Engineer with more than 3 years of experience or a Graduate Engineer with more than 3 years of experience, or a Diploma Engineer with 10 years of experience. For works more than 100.00 lacs and up to 500.00 lacs, the bidder should have two Diploma Engineers with more than 5 years of experience or a Graduate Engineer with more than 3 years of experience. For works more than 500.00 lacs, the bidder should have three Diploma Engineers with more than 5 years of experience or two Graduate Engineers with more than 3 years of experience. If the company is owned by a Diploma engineer, a relaxation of 1 year in experience will be given. If the company is owned by a Graduate engineer, a relaxation of 2 years in experience will be given. The cumulative turnover during the last five consecutive years should be 1.5 times the bid value for works up to 200.00 lacs and 2.0 times the bid value for works more than 200.00 lacs and up to 300.00 lacs. The liquid assets should be 10% of the work value.
