Providing and applying primer coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 Kg/sqm. using mechanical means, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per Clause- 502 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying Bituminous Macadum (BM) on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates & bitumin VG-30 GRADE @3.40% by weight for base / binder course including loading of materials with FE loader, heating of binder aggregate a2d filler in hot mix plant , transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with paver finisher to required level and grade, rolling by power rollar to achieve the desired density but excluding cost of primmer/ tack coat as per MORT& H Technical Specification clause No.504. A.R

Providing & laying tack coat @0.30kg/sqm. Over bituminious surface including cost of bitumin VG-10 GRADE , heating the paint to required tempreture including supply of all material, labour, machines, fuel wood T&P, etc. required for the proper completion of the work. A.R

Providing and laying Semi Dense Carpet 25 mm thick (SDC)on prepared surface with bitumin emulsion VG-30 GRADE @5% by weight grade & specified graded crushedd aggregates for base / binder course including loading of materials with FE loader, heating of binder aggregate and filler in hot mix plant , transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with paver finisher to required level and grade, rolling by power rollar to achieve the desired density but excluding cost of primmer/ tack coat as per MORT& H Technical Specification. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (New item 7)

Reflective Raised Pavement Marker Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers with twin shanks of adequate length anchored with epoxy/bitumen adhesive of approved make (Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD- 4956-04 Avery Dennison/3m (USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130mm, 20mm and 105mm respectively. The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 sq.cm. on each side sloping at the angle of 35 + 5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. It shall comply to specification of Category A or MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. With 7 years warranty. Rates shall be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. Note: The Composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer & authorized converter of at least 7 years shall be furnished on non judicial stamp of required denomination. Part (B) Divider Repair Work:-

M - 150 brick work in 1:4 (One cement & four Coarse sand) mortar in foundation & plinth including necessary cutting & molding of bricks as required thickness of walls for 1 brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc.required for proper completion of the work. [PWD S.I No.305a]

12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm thick including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SOR:2020: 584 (a)

Engraving lines in plaster of outer face wall vertically and horizontally to display the surface as stone facing as directed by the Engineer-incharge including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (add for extra labour to all items of plaster.) SOR:2020: 598

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality with 2+1 coat comp work as per direction incharge. SI no 256+270
