Retro-Reflecttve5heetlng type-XI with 4 mM thlck ACM Double Sldo Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.S mm both side aluminium 9kin aluminium composile panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismalic sheeting type XI as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting wilh back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No- 801.3.7 .The sheeting shall have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of lhe aggresslve - tack type requiring no heat , solvent other prepara1ion far adhesion to a smoolh clean surface, in a manner recommended by lhe sheeting manufacturer, The ACM (Aluminium Campanile Materials) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle wilh riveting. Micro prismatic lype XI Re1ro reflective sheeling confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be lested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of relro reflection, daylime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexlbilily. liner removal, adheslon, impacl resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance. 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these lesls shall be obtained from Inlernalional/Government Laboratory/ 1nstitUle by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from International condillon, it should also be oblained from Indian condition wilhin 3 years of launching Of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificale conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on drlificial accelerated weathering requirements rrom a reputed laboralory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situalion, the Employer/Clienl, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee whiCh would be released after receipt of certificate meeling Ihe requirement of lhree years outdoor weathering of the sheeling as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of Ihe same Report *hall be uploaded which quoting tender.
