STEEL REINFORCEMENT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth & above plinth level. 5.22 & 5.22A Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 5.22.6

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement contant of 330 kg/cum 5.33 All works upto plinth level 5.33.1.1

STEEL WORK Supplying, Drilling/Cleaning hole and fixing ETA approved 2 component of approved make Threaded Rod. The product should be approved by ETA, ICC, CSTB, COLA, BZS with Shock approval, Seismic (C1 & C2) approval, Fatigue and Fire Approvals in anchors to use in cracked/un-cracked concrete. Anchoring with chemcial as per manufacturers specifition as per relevant design codes (ETAG/ SOFA/ EN 1992-4). Drilling hole with Safe-set Hollow Drill Bit technology to ensure dust-free clean holes and proper bonding of chemical to the required depth, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard HDE A22 battery dispenser along with piston plug. The installation and the setting intructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer's recommendations. The adequate diameter and embedment of Anchor to be decided as per PROFIS Enginneering software & The report to be submitted to be project manger/design engineer for approval. FINISHING WORK Providing & Fixing of Multilingual Totem Signages as per Approved Drawings at different locations in Mathura District Sign to be made with MS Pipe frame duly cladded with FR grade Aluminium composite panel 4mm thick of desired color with VHB Tape and further cladded as per drawing for way finding destination using Non PVC (Green Guard certified) cast white/ colour (as specified by engineer in charge) vinyl of make 3M/Avery Dennison or equivalent with the same specifications with eco-PVC over laminated glass/matt finish of with digital printing. All necessary test reports shall be attached. Aluminium should be used of 3000 grade in ACP with PVDF paint coating with AFT (Anti Fading Technology).
