Removal of of ACSR Dog/Rabbit/Racoon conductor from both side spans of damaged pole and removal of H.T/L.T line accessories from damaged pole.

Removal of of ABC from both side spans of damaged pole and removal of H.T/L.T line accessories from damaged pole.

Digging of pit of damaged pole in Pakka road (Hard soil) with the help of road cutter/digging machine, Tractor etc. for dismantling the pole.

Digging of pit of damaged pole in Kachha side road (soft soil) for dismantling the damaged pole.

Dismantling of damaged single support PCC Pole/S.T Pole from pit and S.T Pole carriage from work site to Central store and damaged PCC Pole will be carriage from work site to dumping yard including loading & unloading at both ends.

Carriage of PCC Pole/S.T Pole from dumping yard to work site including loading & unloading at both ends.

Fabrication, erection of single 9/11 Mtr ST/8.5 PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps, accessories required including supply & fixing of clamp, nuts & bolts, Grouting with cement, sand, brick ballast in ratio :1:4:8 and earthing as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I with fixing of T-off with fitting & tapping pole. (Only Pole shall be Supplied by the deptt.)

Re-laying and resagging ofABC/ ACSR Dog/Rabbit/Racoon conductor in both side spans of new erected pole in H.T/L.T line.

Stringing & sagging of AB Cable (3x95+1x70+1x16) /(3x120+1x95+1x16) Sqmm with proper jumpring and connections with required Clamps, jumpers, piering connector. (Cost of clamps etc. shall be borne by contractor) (Only Cable shall be supplied by department)

Welding of damaged/rusted STP in 11 KV/L.T line by providing M.S Angle and plintihing also.

Repairing of broken/badly damaged S.T Poles (damaged at ground level) in existing H.T/L.T lines due to extra ordinary rusting & scaling. From bottom side welding of 4/5 pieces( approx 75 cm. long) of angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm. Ist of all digging of pit around the pole of size 1.0 mtr. x 1.0 mtr. x 1.0 mtr. is to be done and then cleaning of rust & de-scaling with the help of hard wire brush & chisel and then MS angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm in 4/5 pcs. of required length as per site requirement varying from 70 cms to 75 cm to cut down and then to be welded with the healthy top and bottom portion of the pole with Ist class electric welding with own welding generator set in such as way that on top of bottom potion over-lapping of healthy part is covered 200 mm length approx. before welding the poles where top & bottom portion are separated, the same are to be kept in alignment safely & after completing the above work, the pit should be refilled. Concreting of S.T Pole for grouting (0.285 cu mt.) cement, stone blast) Making plinth of above repaired ST pole in round shape of height 0.30 meters from ground level having outer dia of 300 mm size in CC 1:4:8 in cement, sand , Stone ballast etc.

Providing and fixing of Cradle type guarding of 11 KV line made of GI wire 6 swg Angle 65x65x6. ( All material, shall be provided by the contractor)

Grouting & concreting of stay rod 1800x16 mm. Fixing , tighting and nozzling of stay wire with the pole of required tension with clamps as per RESPO schedule, complete in all respects.( All material, shall be provided by the contractor)

Repairing of damaged/rusted/partly lost wire mesh fencing of 11/0.4KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site fabrication 45x45x5mm, angle, the frame horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Maintain the rectangular side welded type wire mesh of size 50x25 made of 12SWG wire mesh shall be welded all along the periphery if the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give strength of welding to wire mesh welded on the frame diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded MS flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESSPO specification. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.
