Earth work in excavation all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Concrete work with 40 mm gauge brick ballast obtained from breaking brick bats (brick bats supplied by the department free of cost), coarse sand and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including cost of all labour, materials, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick shutters factory made laminated veneer lumber glazed shutter conforming to IS: 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), using 4 mm thick float glass panes for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings,glass panes complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).

Finishing walls Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade

Two coats Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles 600x600 mm in (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

8 mm thick Marble tiles (polished) Raj Nagar Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado up to 2 m height over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level 10 litre capacity - White flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Cleaning, Repairing of visible cracks/pot holes/uneverness using polymerised motar (Addcon chemical or Star equivalent make) as per manufactures specifications including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and Applying one coat of DI PRIMER for prime sealing (Addcon or Star equivalent make) over the prepared surface using a brush. if the surface is very porous two coats could be applied with a gap of 2-3 hours between each coat. one coat as per manufactures specifications including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and applying after the primer coat is completely dried apply two coats of ENIROOF SPR®. It is recommended to apply the 2nd coat after the 1st coat is totally cured with GLASS FIBRE REINFORCEMENT embedded into 1st coat of ENIROOF SPR® while still wet. ENIROOF SPR® could be diluted up till 15 – 25 % for 1st coat and 10 – 15 % for 2nd coat to make material workable and get the desired coverage. Follow application instructions of KOSTER coating being installed. Embed KOSTER Glass Fiber Mesh into the fresh first layer. After the first layer has cured, cover with subsequent layers. Installed sheets of KOSTER Glass Fiber Mesh must overlap each other by at least 2 inches (ENIROOF SPR® Make) as per manufactures specifications including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply and Fixing of 3 blade wall fan of Havells platina 400 mm or equivalent including all material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as approved by engineer in charge.

Supply and Fixing of 5 blade Exhaust fan ventile air dx 225 mm of Havells or equivalent make including all material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as approved by engineer in charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm.
