The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, such as maintenance work, horticulture work, apartments, buildings, or colony maintenance. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The experience required is as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. The bidder should also demonstrate that they have access to, or have available, liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of contract value of work during implementation of work. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender.
