Supply & Laying of 300 mm ID Sn8 Double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of PP confirming to IS 16098 P-2 (Make Astral / Rex, Alom, Supreme) For leak proof Joints “Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipe above 150mm ID ( in all the stiffness classes ) , should be supplied with Integral non-detachable socket having a minimum ring stiffness of 4 KN/m2 when tested individually according to Annexure C of IS-16098 Part I. For proper and leak tight jointing, Pipes of 200 & above sizes shall be joined with the help of Jacks only - to be provided by the pipes suppliers . No manual jointing is permitted for 200mm sizes. DWC pipes Manufacturer /or its group company should have at least 3 years’ experience of production of any type/ specification of Double Wall corrugated ( DWC ) pipes. The Elastomeric Rings used must be of ISI mark only. The manufacturer of the pipes should also have valid accreditation for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.(Technical Requirements / amendments required In line with the Standard – 16098) (Sanction Rate)

Construction of 1.00x1.20x1.50 m internal size manhole as per standard dsign and specification of LDA & including 30 cm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 base & channel (with 40 mm stone ballast, coarse sand & cement), brick work one & half brick work thick in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar & with neat cement finish including 16 mm dia M.S. bar foot rest embedded with 1:2:4 cement concrete at 23 cm centre to centre and 15 cm thick RCC slab with 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand and 2 cm guage stone grit with including Circular Shape 560mm dia Precast R.C.C. Manhole Cover with Frame (EHD-35), floor with 1:2:4 cement concrete all complete as per Engineer in charge of work (height will be measured from invert of pipe to bottom of the slab (Sanction Rate)

Addition / subtraction Masonry shaft 1.00 x 1.20 m size as per slandard design & specification of LDA having one and half B/W in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar with neat cement finished & including 16 mm dia MS bar foot rest embedded with 1:2:4 cement concrete as 23 cm. centre to centre all complete as per of Engineer in charge of work. PART - B ( Road Work)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam,Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space btween the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in- Charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches including all T&P Phawarah and basket etc all complete. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause-401 (Sanction Rate)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm a thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/ layingof inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattem, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern. Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carrige of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layiers with paver in sub-base / base course one well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Sanction Rate)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (slowe setting) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Sanction Rate)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (Vg-10) pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.Both wheeled Roller 8 - 10 tonne capecity, finished to required level and grades. (Sanction Rate)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam (B.M.) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.30%, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (Sanction Rate)

25 mm thick Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (S.D.B.C.) (Using Water Plastic) providing and laying Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent mix to work at site as per MORTH & H specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects(Reducing Bituminous Quantity by 8% and replacing it by Plastic wastage as per IRC : SP: 98-2013) (Sanction Rate)

Brick edging with first class 3" wide & 9" deep including supply of all material Lab. Finished to the required templete & in proper alingment & also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth including T&P required for proper completion of the work. (S/R)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectrorising gfass beeds @ 250gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC :35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (DSR-2023/16.62)

Supply and fixing of Pavement marker (Cat Eye) type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/3-M (USA make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound.
