Supply and installation of Decorative Ornamental pole with Single arm bracket as per Lustre item No. Li-8214-BKT 44. Total height of the pole with Single arm Bracket shall be 4000 mm nominal above the ground. The pole is made out of mild steel tube in two steps as shown in attached drawing. Cast Aluminium embellishments are fitted with the help of grub screws . A built in service window is provided to accommodate a 6 amp SP MCB and 32 amp heavy duty connector for mains connections in the bottom part of the pole as shown in attached drawing. The different sections of the pole are joined together by means of Welded joints. The decorative bracket is made out of mild steel, cast-iron & cast aluminium. The mild steel, cast iron & cast aluminium part are joined together & are fabricated to get the desired design as per attached drawing. The decorative Single arm bracket should have the arrangement to fix the required luminaire. The Single arm bracket should have the arrangement suitable to be fitted on the required pole. The dimensions of the pole and bracket should be as per attached drawing The Decorative Pole and Single arm bracket Shall be machined and Polished properly to give it a smooth Surface. The Decorative pole with Single arm bracket is duly pretreated by Shot Blasting Process and painted in U.V. ray resistant P.U. coating in approved color shade. The Coating Should have a minimum DFT of 90 microns & Should pass a minimum of 300 Salt Spray Hours as per IS or ASTM testing methods. Decorative pole with Single arm bracket shall be installed at desired location including foundation of the pole by making cement concrete foundation of 1:2:3( 1 cement: 3 course sand : 6 Raded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with the help of anchor bolts and 38mm G.I sleeve as required. Supply and Installation of 25 to 30 W Led based Decorative luminaire as per Lustre item No. Li-91002 The Luminaire made of Spun Aluminium. A PMMA Diffuser shall be fitted in the Luminaire. The ingress protection of the Luminaire shall be IP-66 Led shall be mounted on the PCB and fitted in the Luminaire .PCB shall be fitted on the suitable Heat Sink for proper Heat Dissipiation. Suitable Constant Current Led driver with power factor 0.95 or more and efficiency 85% or more Shall also be fitted inside the Luminaire. The Luminaire body should be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface.The Luminaire shall be Suitable for the fitment on the required Single arm brackets . The Luminaire shall be duly pretreated and painted in U.V. ray resistant polyurethane paint in approved color shade. A two way connector is provided for the mains connections. The Luminaire is suitable for 240v, single phase, AC. Decorative Luminaire Shall be installed at the desired location on the Single arm brackets. Make-Lustre/Ligman/Philips

Supply and wiring of submains with 2 nos. 2.5 sq mm & with 1 no earth wire of 1.5 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade single core multistrand copper conductor cable in existing PVC conduit complete, including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & Erracetion of factory fabricated & wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting, M.S. Channel Base with bottom and top cable entreis Electrical control panel with TPN MCCB's (Four Pole 36 KA with thermal magnatic release)Switches Complete and instrument chamber etc.complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type digital metering system for phase to phase voltage and single phase voltage, current and other parameters(KVA,P.F,KW etc) in each phase with touch type selector switches for different readings, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The panel board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic alumininum busbars as per IS8623 or above istulated with heat shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/BMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The MCCB's shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc. The Job includes the grounting of the board as per directions of Engineer-in charge. All out goings of 100 Amp and above shall have an Ammeter. The panel board shall be fabricated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm/2mm. Cubicle type switch board shall be of cat B .
