The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar nature of works during the last seven years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have a total value of work performed in the last five years, with the value of work performed in the range of Rs. ……….. Crore (indexed to current price level @ 10% increase). The bidder is required to provide information on similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, including project name, name of the employer, contract number, completion cost of the project (in Rs. crore), date of issue of work order, and actual date of completion. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder is required to provide a list of similar nature of works completed, which includes the completion cost of the project (in Rs. crore). The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material supplied by the Government/client, but excluding those supplied free of cost. The bidder should have experience in works such as horticulture work, maintenance of apartments/buildings, and similar works. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years and access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract. The profit after tax should be positive in at least three years during the last five consecutive years. The bidder should provide a certificate from a Chartered Accountant (CA) for the total value of work performed.
