Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavtor)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m inlucding dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m. including getting out the all kinds of soil. SOR SI-2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm (nominal size) SOR SI no. 4.1.8

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm (nominal size. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propooing etc. and removal of form work for: retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, pilnth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. SOR SI No. 4.3.3

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel angle sections of size 35x35x5mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of E/Ic. Providing and fixng ISI marked flush door shutters conforming ot IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commerical 3 ply veneering with vertical grains ro cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.30mm thick includign ISI marked strainless steel butt hinges with necessary extra for cutting rebate in flush door shutters (total area of the shutter to be measured) SOR SI No. 9.21.2 + 9.26 (1387+81= 1468)

Painting or Varnishing on Iron works in small areas or new wood work one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI no. 103-1950 Same as item 641 above but for every coat after first coat details of cost for 650 sq.ft. Area SOR SI No. 641+642

12mm thick 1:4 cement 1:4 and c.sand plaster SI No. 13.4.1.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.SOR-20-21 SI No. 13.80

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade Old Work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, Weather coat All guard) SOR SI No. 13.112.1

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating cost of neat cement 18mm thick. SOR SI No. 11.6.1

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm SI No. 8.2.2.2

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & overlapping & hooks.SOR SI NO. 504

Renewing glasss panes and refixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5mm (weight not less than12.5kg/Sqm) SI No.14.7.2

PART-(C) (Lift Electrification Work)

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. (SI No:-501)

Supply and erection of factory fabricated and wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting panel TPN switch board complete with the following HRC type heavy duty TPN fuse switches with fuses and instrument chamber etc. complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type ammeter, voltmerer, selector switches for ammeter and voltmeter, instrument fuses, current transormer etc. The board shall have suitable capacity electroytic alumininum busbars as per IS8623 istulate with heat shrink sleeving and mountend on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/DMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The switches shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, reverse entery boxes in case of pedestaal type, cable sockets, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc.(SI No.801)

Supply and burying earth electrode for lighting conductor of 600mm x 600mm x 6mm G.I. plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 metres below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe for watering funnel, 30cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonry housing alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.
