Supply & Laying of Double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of PP confirming to IS 16098 P-2 (Make Astral / Rex, Alom, Supreme) For leak proof Joints “Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipe above 150mm ID ( in all the stiffness classes ) , should be supplied with Integral non-detachable socket having a minimum ring stiffness of 4 KN/m2 when tested individually according to Annexure C of IS-16098 Part I. For proper and leak tight jointing, Pipes of 200 & above sizes shall be joined with the help of Jacks only - to be provided by the pipes suppliers . No manual jointing is permitted for 200mm sizes. DWC pipes Manufacturer /or its group company should have at least 3 years’ experience of production of any type/ specification of Double Wall corrugated ( DWC ) pipes. The Elastomeric Rings used must be of ISI mark only. The manufacturer of the pipes should also have valid accreditation for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.(Technical Requirements / amendments required In line with the Standard – 16098)

Construction of 1.00x1.20x1.50 m internal size manhole as per standard dsign and specification of LDA & including 30 cm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 base & channel (with 40 mm stone ballast, coarse sand & cement), brick work one & half brick work thick in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar & with neat cement finish including 16 mm dia M.S. bar foot rest embedded with 1:2:4 cement concrete at 23 cm centre to centre and 15 cm thick RCC slab with 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand and 2 cm guage stone grit with including Circular Shape 560mm dia Precast R.C.C. Manhole Cover with Frame (EHD-35), floor with 1:2:4 cement concrete all complete as per Engineer in charge of work (height will be measured from invert of pipe to bottom of the slab (analysis rate).

Addition/ subtraction Masonry shaft 1.00x 1.20 m size as per slandard design & specification of LDA having one and half B/W in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar with neat cement finished & including 16 mm dia MS bar foot rest embedded with 1:2:4 cement concrete as 23 cm. centre to centre all complete as per of Engineer in charge of work. (analysis rate)

Construction of 0.60x0.60x1.50 m internal size connecting chamber as per standard design and specification of LDA & including 15 cm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 base & channel (with 40 mm stone ballast, coarse sand & cement), brick work 23 cm thick brick work thick in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar & with neat cement finish including 16 mm dia M.S. bar foot rest embedded with 1:2:4 cement concrete at 23 cm centre to centre with including Circular Shape 560mm dia Precast R.C.C. Provide and fix open timbering in (covering 1/3 of surface area by plank) in trenches for the depth upto 3m below grond level consisting of 40mm thick approved country wood planks for polling boards. 125 mm x 75 mm Indian sal wood wallers and 100 mm dia sal ballies for struts at 1.5m percent including removal after laying of sewers.(Both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments and measurements i.e. area equal to length x depth of trench)Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.
