Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material confirming to specification, mixing in a machanical mix plant at O M C, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and direction of E/I.( approved rate)

P/L, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam( W M M) specification including premixing the material with water atOMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with machanical paver finisher in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and direction of E/I

P/A primer coat with bitumen emulsion, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification. (LDA approved rate)

P/L tack coat with bitumen(V G- 10) pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared bitumenous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

P/Lbitumenous macadam with60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 25 tonne per hr using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bitumenous binder V G-30@3.3% of mix and transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 501.6and 501.7.

P/L semi dense bitumenous concrete with 100- 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 25 cum per hr using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bitumenous binder@ 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 508(Reducing bitumenous quantity by 8% and replacing it by plastic waste as perIRC:SP:98-2013) complete in all respect.

P/L in position cement concrete of specific grade e/c the cost of centering & shuttering up to plinth level(1:4:8 1 cement:4 coarse sand zone 3: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Ref D A R-4.1.8

P/L in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continous agitated mixer manufactured as per mix design of apecified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R M C from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and finishing, including codt of curing, admixtures in recommonded proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability with out impairing strength and durability as per direction of the engineer in charge. Note-Excess or less cement used than specified in this item is payable/recoverable separately. M-25 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered@330 kg/cum).SOR 2020-21. Ref to DAR-5.33.1
